No thrills but the BEST Chicken Fried Steak I have had in OKC.The fried okra is excellent as well. Get more gravy as it's in a food group all to itself. Just wish they had mash.Not much more to say. It's real and it's great!Wonderful staff too. Just have a seat and they will come to you.
Great food, great and friendly service.I forgot to take pics when the food came,sorry. It was presented well and was super good and fresh. Definitely recommend this boomerang. I am so happy that you get consistency when dining at most Boomerangs. Its great!
This is a great diner with reasonable prices. We've always ordered take out but decided to dine in and I believe that's the best way to go... The food is hot and delicious with very minimal wait time. Our server was excellent and attentive!!! They also have Pepsi!!! The burgers aren't the best but decent and affordable... The fried mushrooms, onion rings and cheese curds are a must...My only tip is if you're like me and like a good amount of hushpuppies with your fish just know that the (Fish Fry Dinner) only comes with 2 little hushpuppies... So, do yourself a favor and order more on the side... We will definitely be back...Thanks, Boomerang!!!
If I could put no stars I would. When they get a better manager than Brendon and Cameron or whatever their name is we will gladly go back to this establishment. But to berate and belittle an employee in front of the entire diner occupied by customers is something no establishment should ever have. This was a loyal employee and an amazing waitress, very attentive and knew how to keep us engaged without being overbearing. My family and I will not be returning to your establishment until these people have been dealt with properly
I am VERY impressed and my main takeaway wasn’t the food. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great, but the reason I will be back is because the restaurant was CLEAN. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant that had a 100% clean syrup bottle on the table. Every single bottle was clean, the table itself was clean, the food was great, and it came out super fast. I’ve passed this place for at least over a year and I’m so glad we decided to stop in today. Will be back!
The food was excellent & our waitress was helpful & knowledgeable. The man that ring our ticket up, over charged me. He did he would give me the difference in change. After I signed my ticket, he walked away before I could respond.Because of him, I won't go back. I will go to Mustang to eat.
I’ went thru the drive thru ordered biscuit and gravy and bacon egg and cheese biscuit and we’ve been waiting at least 25 mins and we are stilll waiting urrg
I called in an order and picked it up in the drive thru. The gentleman who served me in the drive thru was so pleasant. He had a huge smile on his face, he spoke so kindly and was super friendly. I thought to myself "if he is in the drive thru everyday, I think I would order from here everyday." It was just so nice to see someone who loved their job and life so much.
It has really gone downhill!! I have always loved the burgers from Boomarang but the one I got about 2 weeks ago was horrible!! They are too small for the price and meat was so thin I couldn't taste it and it was cold!!I always got the burger basket before and now it isn't on the menu! They also changed the fries.they don't even taste like potatoes anymore!They lost our business!!
Service wasn’t worth the price. Understaffed for their busiest day of the week.Even on half price burger day, it still costed $30 plus a 20% tip for two people to eat a light lunch.
