This was my daughter & I first time going here and trying boba. It's all on social media so we were excited to try it out! The overall experience was good. The drink was nice. Interested in trying more. Only dislike was the staff was not very helpful in understanding the flavors or how to order. This our first time a little direction would have been great and I am sure a even better experience for us. I do like they are open till 10pm on Friday. Overall we will be back.
This store is pretty much just a place for drinks and they have a few bakery treats like macaroons available. The interior had been rearranged to discourage loitering and effectively has no indoor seating for guests. The variety of tea, fruity beverages and then the add-in of boba or "popping" beads to add texture to the drinks. Staff is friendly but has been a bit impatient at times. They have a remarkable variety available and it's easy to get lost in trying to decide what you want as people queue up in line behind you. It's worthwhile to look at their menu online and know what you want before you walk in. Cost is moderate, expect on the order of $4 per drink and that can easily become $5 if you add to the drinks.
Its really cheap for decent boba. There are better places, but they make it for the price you pay! The staff are all very lovely and nice, its a cute small place too.
Boba from here is always undercooked and hard in the middle. The drinks from here have always tasted watered down compared to other places. I won't be returning.
AMAZING!!! the people were amazing!!! They were so sweet!!! And they gave me extra popping pearls with no extra cost! They were so sweet and patient were definitely going again!!!
The flavor of the drink was all right, but the boba wasn't cooked all the way through we had clumps of boba at the bottom. One clump was the size of a ping pong ball, just disappointed
This boba shop rarely has any flavors available and frequently run out of regular tapioca. There has been several times over the last year where I’ve had to leave because they don’t have several items. It’s very disappointing because they used to be one of my go tos and now it’s a waste of time to even stop in. I understand that it can be difficult to get many items in the last year but other tea shops don’t seem to have this issue with nearly as many items.
They were out of almost every drink we asked for, two kids who had to be under 16 & in pajamas were running the store in the evening, seemingly by themselves. My milk boba had so much sugar I could crunch it in my mouth after drinking. Boba balls were falling apart
Took my daughter in because it's her favorite place...worst experience ever. Food from the Wing Stop next door just laying out on a counter in the guest area. Floor was filthy and even behind the counter had clearly not been cleaned in days. They were out of just about everything she likes. What once was a beautiful setup Inside is now filled with random kitchen equipment despite absolutely no construction happening whatsoever. I Wanted a gift card for my daughter and was told they were out and did not know when they were expecting more. I'm not sure what happened, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point. I pray this changes, this place was once world class.
Not a fan. I love boba tea and this is probably the last place I would recommend. They were out of tapioca, which was a huge bummer. And odd seeing as it is a boba tea place; I'd be surprised if tapioca wasn't the top seller, so letting us know they were out before we started to order would have been helpful. The milk tea was not good. Definitely something off, though I can't put my finger on it.We didn't quite understand the menu and the explanations we got did not help much, so what we ended up getting was not at all what we thought it would be.Did NOT enjoy this place. Waste of money, unfortunately. We were so looking forward to some tea tonight!!!
