I pulled-up to the intercom at 8:55p.m. on Monday, 4/18/22. After waiting for 4 minutes a member of the kitchen staff, "JD" opened the back door to tell me they are closed. I understand 8:55 is pushing it, but delays with my baby at home happened. Either way she continued to tell me that they wouldn't serve me, so this message is for the manager "Tim" and the owner. This is the second time I've been burned out of the four times I've been to your restaurant after being new to the area. I am unsure if I will give it another chance. Get it together.
Zaxby's is, in my opinion, the best chicken sammich is the chicken sammich wars. Their sauce is like Canes, but better. Their chicken is plump and juicy. Their breading is seasoned and crisp.As for this location they are no better or worse than the average Zaxby's I have been to. Sometimes slow and their remix machine has something wrong with the ice dispenser so hopefully they will fix that soon. (its been a few weeks of low or no dispensing)Their app sucks. I wish it were better. I dont even know how it is bad, but it feels like it is poorly designed and not a good experience to work with.And their rare bonus/freebies in the app seem to expire fast and are BOGO or something like a side that unless you are eating with a group you will gain nothing or end up costing you more to build a meal than if you just ordered one. (fine if you are with family, but the nearest Zaxby's for me is near work)Also inflation has bloated the costs of buying ala cart. It costs more to order a sammich and drink than it does a sammich meal. then I end up eating the fries because I hate being wasteful.
Food is always great here I had Ricki who took my drive through order super nice and actually seemed like she wanted to be there. Ricki was very complimentary to me.
Ordered a simple 3 finger combo and a 6 finger combo and they gave me some kind of wings that I can’t even eat and a 6 finger combo. The drinks are flat and unflavored for Dr Pepper too

They were out of most sauces including original. Not sure how you can have plain original wings??? Ended up getting a salad and fried mushrooms. Both of these were good.
It'll do. Wasn't the best chicken I've ever had. But it wasn't the worst either!
We had their salad. It was on point. No problems no concerns.
I Absolutely Love this place. Even though they ran out of salad the Manager Mae went out of her way to make sure I had a complementary salad the next day. This place is for Rockstars!!! And, I've never had to send my chicken back. Bomb Zaxbys y'all. I recommend it.
