This was my first experience in a wing stop, the food was pretty decent. The atmosphere however kinda sucked and I do know that this does not reflect every location so this won't be a I will never eat at wing stop again post but just not at this location. The employees were very loud and not professional and were all sitting out in the dining area and every table in there had not been cleaned except for the one table we found but they were sitting around not doing anything and there were hardly any customers in there compared to the amount of workers that could take care of the little amount of orders and cleaning the establishment. It just was not the greatest time but I have definitely experienced worse places.
Ordered on the app. Said it would take 15-20 minutes. Took over 30. Paid for a large drink, they didn’t tell me until I got to the store that they were out of large cups. So they gave me a regular size and then informed me the ice maker didn’t work. Absolute clown show.
Seriously guys? I ordered thigh bites and I got thigh crumbs. I stepped on one and it didn’t break. That’s how hard they were. I ordered a large drink and got a large cup and it was half filled. Asked the delivery driver what’s up with that and he said that WingStop told him that the machine stopped working halfway through. Really? This location is a joke. I would have given it a 0 but at least they got the fries somewhat ok.
$75 wasted. Will never be returning. Ordered food for delivery. Took and hour to be made and 1hr 10 min for a ten minute drive. Food was cold and soggy. I called politely asking for either a refund or replacement. Management blamed it on DoorDash. DoorDash said they were responsible for the refund/ replacement. Called wingstop back and they were rude and only said sorry nothing we can do. Completely unsat
This has got to be one of the worse locations in Oklahoma. The customer service is completely absent when you walk into the place. Also seems like the orders are carelessly thrown together at times. I was here recently and there were about 8 workers standing in the small kitchen space talking and congregating around cooked food not a mask or glove in sight. As much as I enjoy wing stop I may need to stop going to this location.
How am I waiting and my food is still cold like no warmth at all and then they gave me the wrong flavors I ordered Cajun and Louisiana rub what is this ?
Amazing service. Quick and friendly. So welcoming considering we are from Nebraska! 10/10 recommend. And the flavor! Will defiantly be coming back.
I ordered 10 of the 70cent Korean spicy boneless along with fries. I get there I'm told just waiting on fries they were in basket young man from back comes pit them in. I get home wings not the flavor I want fries cold. I tried calling its 915pm it says I've called after hours push 1 to leave messages...yea that's didn't work..I wasted 11 no way to complain but on here .
My first time coming to this location to pick up and order and the customer service is so dead, when I walked in no one even looked my way nor acknowledged my entry.I almost felt as if I was watching the walking dead.Then finally when the young man finally came to ask what I needed he let me know the order wasn’t ready then I told him they need to start greeting customers it’s a lil unprofessional he just looked at me like I was speaking Spanish.They just need a little more professionalism
Ordered online when we got there to pick it up, it was already ready. Went home and opened the order. I was missing half my wings they were cold and dried out as well. My fries were old and cooked way ahead of time. Their soda machine was broken so we didn’t get our drinks we ordered either. I called to speak to a manager and they didn’t have one available….? Which is weird because most places will have or do have some kind of management available. But I spoke to 3 different people every time being put on hold before them telling me I would have to call back tomorrow. They were also rude about it.
