great burger and fries...tasted super fresh and loved the new ketchup ❤️
How do you make a burger with no meat? And then they bring me a shake instead of a malt. This is absolutely ridiculous and this place should be closed down permanently!
Terrible customer service. Usually we don’t have issues with our order, today we had some things missing, incorrectly made, and a drink that had no syrup in it just carbonated water.When trying to get these things fixed we were met with rudeness and unhelpful service.Out of ketchup, out of Dr Pepper, and out of proper training in customer service.My husband and I have worked in food and try to be very understanding for people that work fast food. My husband wasn’t rude when asking for these things to be fixed for us. But he was made to feel like he was an inconvenience to the worker. There was little to no line in the drive thru, so he was confused to why he was made to feel that way.Then when leaving, as other customer are still inside and coming inside, the worker hid behind the counter on the floor. If your workers need to sit down, at least let them use a chair. Unless they were actually hiding.
Ordered a chicken cobb salad and paid around $9 for it. Got home and realized they didn't put any chicken on it, and only 3 small sliced eggs. Salad itself was in an extremely shallow bowl, so I think it was enough for around 8 full fork bites and done. Definitely not worth the price tag. Guy at the window was rude. Handed me my bag of food and walked off, then comes back with another bag and just stares at me. I asked if I've gotten all of my order and he just nodded his head without saying a word. Food is good but the workers, especially at night, need a course about customer service and what it is, because they are majorly lacking.
The worst service. I was in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, watching the employees goof off. The line was around the building. I finally called the store to check the status of my order. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Either hire and train your employees or close your doors. I would not recommend this place. Corporate needs to come in and experience the lack of service and the employees goofing off.
Hi all! We both had a #1 burger, altered to Monterrey cheese, and now they offer me 2 spicy ketchup flavors for fries, my husband just likes original. Store was cleaner than most.
Drive through Whataburger in MWC off Douglas, ordered 2 Patty Melts and 2 onion rings. The melts were cold and extremely dry. Actually chewing gave me dry mouth. Got about 6 onion rings cold and greasy. Never Again
Went through the drive thru, didn’t get the condiments I asked for (like every time before) and so I went inside. 4 employees standing around talking ignored me when I was the only one in line. I had to get someone in the backs attention after 10 minutes of waiting, and it still took them 5 minutes to get my items. Also, glad there were no children in the building because the employees sounded like a loud deck of cussing sailors.
Service was great! My cheese didn't melt though, which tells me the burger wasn't freshly cooked. This out-of-towner will likely never eat again.
