Took no joke 15 minutes to get my smoothie. Also rushed my wife to the next window, when she wasn’t done making our complete order. AND they were out of banana lol
If you come inside you get great service, my favorite spot to come rain or shine. They hire friendly people and the food is usually quick. My favorite Tropical Smoothie in OKC hands down! Thank you for the great customer service and efficiency!
This place is disgusting! Service is horrible! We waited in the drive thru but got tired of waiting- went inside to find that they are super slow. So many workers and long wait?!?!? They had someone babysitting a toddler behind the counter. The topper for me was finding a hair in my smoothie!!! They need to clean up their act - figuratively AND literally!!!
Went to drive thru at 09:25 and was told they do not open until 10:00. There was another person that had already placed an order in front of me. Says on Google that they open at 0900 like all the other tropical smoothies. They also don't have their full menu online.
Never will I return, and never will I have a positive thing to comment on when this place is suggested. After coming through the drive thru and being rushed on my order, they were out of blueberries for the drink I wanted, and I said thats okay ill get it without blueberries and she says no, we can't even ring it up. (What?) I ask if they were out of anything else before I went back to selecting a smoothie and the attendant was rude and dismissive. So I went to Smoothie King and was greeted by the friendliest ladies and was treated like a person and not a means to a job. I appreciate Smoothie King for this. Tropical Smoothie Cafe could learn from Smoothie King.
Love the food but ALWAYS have issues with delivery. The last three times we have tried to get it delivered there were missing items and just today the order wasn't delivered AT ALL.
Bad establishment. Assistant manager uses discount to give her family free food and then abuses the workers there. Someone had bruises because she asked her why she was giving the discount and she elbowed her so hard her ribs are now bruised. Someone is going to catch a case. This needs to be stopped. Asap.
Drive through service is fine and smoothies are good! But Make sure you do not order through the mobile app for this location. They have lost my last two mobile orders and did not seem concerned about trying to find it.
Update 2/28/22.. I ordered a Paradise Point with strawberry and pineapple with yogurt. I don't even taste fruit, i taste yogurt and water. I took a drink after I was alrdy driving off. I alrdy waited 5mins for them to make the smoothie, I didn't have another 5mins to wait for another one to be made.. And at $8.51, that's very steep for a drink..
This has become one of the worse run Tropical smoothie establishedments. There lacks so much order and customer service. It is complete chaos. This most recent visit the employees were arguing amongst each other about messing up orders as many customers sat in frustration waiting on their orders. I think it may be time to consider raising the pay and getting better qualified employees. Experience is everything and this place is lacking so much. Was once a favorite now I cringe when I have to go here and hope my order is correct.
