I ordered the beef BF burrito and the beef BF taco salad. The burrito was ice cold. I had ordered lite lettuce on my salad, and got a very small handfull of lettuce. I did not order light toppings but I KNOW i did not get the BF amount of toppings. Save your money....was NOT worth the almost $17.00 that was paid for it. And my sweet tea was going toward the sour side....if I had been able to take it back i would have. Definitely will not be back!!!!!!
I use to live in MWC for a period of time and we tried coming to this particular Taco Bueno a couple of times but quit going for a few reasons, one being we walked in after the lobby closed (pre-covid) but they still had the doors unlocked and we didn't know they were closed, and we stood up front for about 10mins before we were even acknowledged, which is not only frustrating as a customer, but also dangerous for the employees if they think the door is locked when it isn't. Upon realizing when they acknowledge just finally, we were told that we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant as it was supposed to be closed, but none of the doors were locked. I forget what the second reason was, but I decided to give it another shot today as I was in the area. And for the first time in my whole history of going to Taco bueno, including other states, I was told that I was not allowed to add sour cream to my muchaco combo, and after I already paid for it and when I opened my taco it didn't have sour cream on it. I took it back up to the desk and the lady that checked me out, I didn't get her name, but she has very abnormally blue eyes, informed me that they're not allowed to do that and she just did it for me just because, even though she didn't say anything about not being able to do that in the first place. Luckily this Taco Bueno is nowhere near where I live, as the ones where I'm from I've never had any kind of problem like this or the one mentioned before. The food was good, nothing wrong with that side of things, just from my several experiences and it looks like others have shared bad experiences at this particular bueno. I know it doesn't hurt them, but I personally will never be back to this one.
Every table in the place was dirty. Kids running around climbing all over tables. The food took forever to make. When we got the food home the chips were old and to hard to eat. The platter I got was cold and there was no beef but a whole lot of beans. Just a over all bad experience. Then you try to call them and talk to them about the order and they don't answer phones!!!
So this just happened. The full of himself MIT at Taco Bueno called the police on me for bringing back my food and asking for a refund. Sorry. I am 4’11” and 67 years old. I really posed a threat. He refused the refund and said I had to talk to the GM tomorrow. How ridiculous. I told him that I do not live close and wanted my money back now. The order was completely screwed up and missing an item to boot. So I have to leave without my refund or food. The ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service ever. I will admit that I did drop the F bomb. I said I just want my f%<¥%~ing money back after he kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I don’t need to know how short handed you are. I don’t need to know you have a seventy year old woman in the back cooking. I just wanted my money back on food they really screwed up. Thank you. Rant over.
I'm a regular customer of this establishment, last night I was on my way home from work and went to get my dinner. I was So Rudely treated by the Younglady who was taking my order, Jeremy (Manager)came up and took my order and tried his Best to rectify the matter. Whenever you're waiting on a customer,you Never walk away from the counter, as if your disgusted with the customer!!.Do Better on this matter (Customer Service is Very Important!!
The food is bland and generic. The manager was helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were not. Just like the Bell, the value items here are 99.99% tortilla. But, it's very bland. Need to put half a gallon of salsa on the food to get any flavor.
Normally this is a good place to sit and eat, manager is a good guy. Only problem is he doesn't keep a tight leash on his assistant managers, and one of them takes advantage of that. Tonight that particular assistant manager decided to toss me and my party out because he was closing up the lobby... AT 7:30 pm when the sigh on the door said they're open until 11!As long as this assistant manager is still working there, I won't be back!
Got dinner from Taco Bueno tonight & it was absolutely horrible & such a waste of $26. They failed to give us any salsa although we asked three separate times & one of the meals was supposed to come with it. THEN a terribly burnt quesadilla and all the food was very cold. The beef & potato burrito was nothing but a pile of grease also.I’m not sure if the food was more disappointing or the fact that I spent $26 on it. SOOOO FRUSTRATING!

Excellent friendly customer service at the drive-thru with superb food. Make sure these fellows have the supplies they need so they can continue to make what they need to make. You got great people working there and they deserve better from franchise owners, suppliers and management. We are very grateful.
