They messed my order up. i asked for no sauce in my quesadilla and they sauced it. Went back thru the drive thru and then got questioned if we just came through. The worker just saw us 20 secs ago. They remade the the food, the worst part is that there was no cars in line ahead or behind and either had it already made or just didn't care about how we wanted it.
It's Taco Bell....Not Chelinos, but the prices are getting closer to sit down Mexican restaurant prices...fast food is fast food, it's convenience, I get it...but ease up on the $10 meals.....
Order a burrito supreme without a flour tortilla and request them to put into a bowl and this is what they give you. Seriously 4 containers, you just caused your company more expenses than needed. People just think how you would want to eat the food. But hey, thanks for bringing the Mexican Pizza back, but I really liked the 80’s and 90’s with the black olives and green onions. Can I get a like!
First of all, it's hard for me to say this about a taco bell but this location has the best customer service. Went to breakfast this morning and had Shelby as my greeter/order taker/cashier. The food doesn't even matter, I would come back just for the service and speed. Great location and very clean
horrible customer service. lady working the window needs to find a new profession that does not involve working with people. rolled her eyes when asking for some fire sauce. yelled my total at me. absolutely horrible.
My order is always wrong or the rice burritos the rice is so hard it feels like plastic the potatoes so hard they're stale. The tortillas are old a lot. This is late at night between 8 and 9pm. The store is nice and clean but people yall need to feed us what we are paying for and realize..is this what i would eat? Come on :( my boyfriend refuses to get me food there anymore because of it
Make sure you tell these incompetent people what you want at least 4 times or they will get it wrong and try to send you away with a bunko order. If you don't see them put sauce in the bag or hand it directly to you, I can guarantee you it will not be there. If I could give no stars that would be accurate but unfortunately I have to give a minimum of one. They weren't even busy, not even one other person in line. Now I know why.
Horrible service. Slow service. The idiots didn't wrap the tacos properly and half of the filling spilled out into the bag. Half the tables in the Dining room were dirty. No Dr. Pepper in the fountain drink dispenser. No soap in the bathroom.
Didn't give me my coke, then I asked for my coke and she told me I didn't order one! I told her I did order one and I want a drink for my large order and She told me I had to drive back around through the drive-through in order to get my drink that she didn't write down!So I will be going somewhere else from now on never I've never had that problem across the street.
For some reason this seems to be the only Taco Bell in the area thats either always closed or "their systems are down" I cant remember a single time in the past few months we have drove by and its not been closed in some way shape or form...we then drive to its neighboring taco bell where they also complain that they close at odd times forcing them to be much busier. Im beginning to think either its poor management just allowing the tacobell to close early...or they are blaintly choosing to close to not interact with customers. That being said i agree covid has hit us all hard...but it would also be different if all the taco bells around were closed...but i can seriously go up there anytime of the day and either the dine in is closed or the drive thru says they cant take orders as i see the heat rack full of fresh food and people making tacos in the background. iv already contacted their home office about it at the time of this review. Hopefully they can figure out why this store is always closed to the public.
