Went to get dinner at 0245 (05/25/2022) hours-lights on instead of saying that they were closed or straight up don't want to serve you-the guy on the drive thru said we don't have any beef and only mountain dew. When I asked about the Mexican pizza he said we don't have any boxes and we have been putting them in carry bags and the cheese melts to the packaging. I won't be going back ever again. If a company let's there employees insult there guests like this, they don't need to be in business .
They didn't have their menus changed so I thought there was a combo I could still order, but I was informed by a lady at the speaker with an attitude that they didn't have it anymore. I asked for my chalupa to be beef with no tomatoes and I got it with chicken and tomatoes. The taco was not filled all the way either, the only thing it if my meal that was ok was the burrito. Do better.
The Manager on duty (Young black girl, no name tags) on both the manager on duty & white male cashier...messed up my order...I wanted 2 steak burritos & large unsweetened tea. I got 2 steak chulapas instead. I didn't want steak Tacos...she totally misunderstood my English...I said "burritos"...2 steak burritos. Anyways, I will not return to this uneducated Taco Bell on Douglas Blvd in Midwest City, OK.
There are always items missing. Items made poorly and quickly.staff is argumentative and need to investigate anytime there is food missing. Will accuse you of trying to get free food first then fix it later.
We placed an order at the drive through and even after having to repeat it three times was asked again at the window and still didn't receive the correct order. Was also overcharged.
waited in line for 20 minutes just for them to get every single burrito wrong. wanted beef quesaritos and there was bean no beef at all. y’all ever want good taco bell choctaws taco bell always gets it right for me.
Cashier thrust a bag of food at me through drive thru window. Not a word. Slammed the window. 14 minute wait in line, we were the third car in line. All together, an 18 minute ticket time for a regular taco, 2 cheesy roll ups, a chips and cheese and a chalupa with no special requests to any items, just made like it is straight from the menu board. Very odd, because until today, that location was doing so much better!
This has got to be the worst Taco Bell on the planet !!Every time you go threw the drive threw you are rushed and they don’t even get the order correct and then when you call to complain the managers are rude like you messed up !Then they do NOT Give receipts so you have to pay for your messed up order all over again !!!!I would highly recommend never going here you will be extremely disappointed. They want 15 bucks an hour or so for what just to F off all day and not do what they are being paid for ??? No!We used to use them a lot I will never go back the last five visits have been terribleFrom making the food to service it’s horrid…. Go there if you wish best of luck to ya.
Every single time I come here they manage to mess up my order. Most of the time I get home and they’ve forgotten numerous items and I generally don’t make a big deal out of it. This last time they forgot my 2 year olds chicken quesadilla and a taco, also put beef on two items I asked for only beans on. Only thing I called to complain about was my 2 year olds missing quesadilla. The manager put my name in the book. I went up to have it replaced a week later cause I’ve worked until 8pm every night and they told me no. My husband asked why they even bothered telling us they’d put my name in the book and the man just stared at us without saying anything. I love Taco Bell, I used to work at one many years ago but I definitely won’t be going back to this one. We’ve had a lot of money wasted basically just thrown out of the window by coming to this location.
We ordered 2 bean burritos in the drive thru. At the pickup window we were politely informed that they were out of beans. We politely left.
