I have been going to Taco Bell my whole life and I can honestly say that Kylie is, hands down, THE best employee I have ever interacted with. Not only did she have a amazing positive attitude and helpful demeanor the entire time I was there, her friendly/funny personality was so impressive that I had to tip her for providing such excellent time. It was such a refreshing experience to be reminded of what true customer service should be like everywhere. She should get a promotion ASAP and, if possible upper management recognition for her outstanding work during my visit. Thank you again and keep up the amazing work Kylie!
I've been eating at this location for years, my order has always been correct, even when I see new people working (I used to work late nights and it's right outside my neighborhood so I've been there a lot at all hours of the day/night). Friendly service, these managers should go train the 23rd street location by Walmart near Choctaw to show them how to treat people. My absolute go-to fast food joint in Midwest City. Keep up the great work!

My Cheesy bean and rice burrito was not cooked all the way, my rice was hard, I do not like hard raw rice.
Taco Bell was on point last night! I got everything I ordered, correctly, and they didn't skimp on the hot sauce! By the way, if you haven't tried the grilled cheese burrito...???
My food was basically thrown at me ,wasn't asked if i wanted or needed any sauce and no napkins included.
Very friendly staff yes orders get wrong and messed up but I have worked fast food its not for everyone but the ones that do work fast food God bless you folks it's hard work.
Went there around 11:45pm, and the guy on drive thru was amazing. Super happy, super friendly, and just a genuine sweet person. You guys are lucky to have him, protect him at all costs. ?
Went through drive-thru, we spent a lot of time waiting. We got order, drove off and realized they didn't give us our drinks too late to turn around.
