We were really impressed. We are from Tx so didn’t know what to expect. The food was delicious! The meat didn’t have a whole lot of smoke but was very good. Mac & cheese was on point. Okra was phenomenal. Baked beans were the bomb but very spicy and we love spicy. The waiter was exceptional. The whole experience was wonderful.
I am from Texas, but currently live in Georgia. I stumbled upon Swadley's today, while visiting family. I was very impressed. I ordered the food to-go. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I didn't expect the food to be so good. My brother lives nearby and had never had Swadley's BarBQ. We were both so happy with our food. I ate at quite a few places during my recent trip to Oklahoma City and I have to say this was the highlight of my trip.I had the burnt ends side, and shared the brisket meal with my brother. I got my brother the loaded baked potato ? with smoked chicken. Their bbq sauces are all so delicious. ? I love a good sauce. I can't say enough good things about the food. Typically, I research a restaurant a bit more before I go and I was pleasantly surprised with today's lunch. I went in, told them I had never eaten before here and I don't eat any pork what would they recommend and they definitely delivered.I will definitely be back during my next visit.❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Spare of the moment dinner with the girls. I couldn't decide between the baked potato or the ribs so I got both. No sides needed. My friends both had the two meat dinner with sides . One had the jalapeno corn and said it lacked actual spicy flavor. Overall they both enjoyed their meals.The server was friendly. The food came out fast. The ribs were tender. I wasn't disappointed. Swadley's is typically consistent with their flavor. The Midwest City location has not wavered so far.
Everything I tried was really good! They had a fair selection for someone with allergies. The sides were a bit slim on choices but I’m accustomed to that with my allergies.
It is a nice place, very comfortable, super employees. I had a loaded baked potato with ham. It came with a roll, and butter , sour cream, chives, cheese and was huge. I took 1/2 home. The food was good but not the best I've had. You look at the menu as you are in the walk way to the counter. When you get to the counter you order, choose a pre packaged dessert if you want to eat dessert and pay. Then seat yourself and a server will get your drinks. Hope it helps you make a decision.
Really nice down home feel. Great service and servers ?. Food was top notch bbq. However, you will pay for it. About $15 a person which i'd day is ok since the setting and service was so nice.You pay when you order at the counter (which i like) then you can leave when you are ready without waiting for the check and also keeps your card secure in your hands. Overall good place and food.
It was good. I had The steak friend had the hot link sandwich. New building. Very clean.
Pleasant atmosphere. Facility was clean. Service was quick. Server was quick to respond to our needs. I had the brisket and pulled pork. Sides were green beans and Mac and cheese. Food was delicious. I would recommend this establishment.
I love steak! I couldn't recognize what we had was steak!!! We paid over $108.00 for 3 steak dinners, plus a generous tips. Meals were absolutely terrible!!! Could not recognize any of the pieces of steak...the rib eyes or sirloin. So tough we could not cut them...medium rare was RAW! Complained that mine was not what I ordered, so it was replaced, but still horrible. Full of gristle - all three steaks. No taste at all. The baked potatoes were HUGE and loaded down with sour cream and cheese...we weren't asked how we wanted them. The plates were small, so with a side dish, such as the HUGE potato, and the meat, there wasn't any room to cut the steak. The okra was not at all tasty. The salad bar was rather skimpy on choice.The sign said "World Famous", but obviously they did not mean the food.Outback Steak House doesn't need to worry about the competition.I'll never go back and will tell others of our experience.If it would have let me post with out any stars, I would have!
The Country Boy was very tasty. My sandwich was good. The service is excellent. Salt lovers will like the okra. We're not salt fans and couldn't eat the okra. The beans are good!
