I've had few thousand green frappuccinos in the past 25 years. I'm so addicted to these drinks. One thing for sure every place makes them a special way. This Starbucks in particular made me one of the best green tea frappuccinos ever. The drink was blended just right and there was exactly the right size whip cream. The place was very clean and well organized. You can tell by being here the manager/people in charge care a lot about what they are doing. My son had a croissant as always and loved it. I own some property in Newalla which a visit few times a week. I will make it a religion to stop by here each and everytime I'm heading that way from Oklahoma City. Please follow and like for more honest reviews.Thank you so much!
My oatmilk handshaken espresso wasn't very good... It's My favorite drink so I was a little disappointed.. the drinks I picked up for everyone else were made correctly and quickly
Let me just start off by saying that the experience I had here was just amazing. When it came to the staff and emma the kind girl who helped me out, made me feel like I’ve been coming here for 20 years. Will certainly be coming back for another coffee break!!!
THE BEST COFFEE THE BEST PLACE TO GO THEY HAVE ALL KINDOF DRINKS AND COOKIES, SANDWICHES ? CAKE ???.
Very hardworking and caring staff. They were sure to greet everyone and wish them well. The food and coffee were the usual Starbucks quality. Sat and read a bit before leaving, but a nice spot.
Frances was amazing. She was the kindest Starbucks employee I've ran across yet! You definitely put a smile on my face and changed my day around. I appreciate you for being a kind person.
If you ever wonder why it takes so long in the drive thru it's because apparently they only have one person handling drive thru after their peak times to save money and stress out their baristas. That and I dont see them moving around their baristas positions very much, from someone who used to work at Starbucks you should atleast move people around every once in awhile. Especially since doing the same thing over and over again starts to stress baristas out/burn them out (which causes them to be less efficient at their jobs).
14 bucks for two coffees. 14 dollars! That almost two big cans of Folgers OR a bag of dunkin' donuts coffee and enough creamer for the MONTH.I get that it's both good coffee AND a status symbol. But it's not THAT good and the status is "not understanding the value of things..."I think I'll pass in the future.
I usually order a vente coffee Frappuccino with 4 pumps of hazelnut and six regular sugars. Unfortunately, they haven't had the hazelnut syrup for many months, which seems more like a year!!!! I ordered a white mocha Frappuccino recently with 4 regular sugars. It was good, but I would much rather have what I used to always get and I'm getting really tired of their lame excuses as to why they can't get the hazelnut at their store!!!!
A little disappointed because I’m usually happy with the drive thru. Came in to check if there was any ornaments in store and ask if they’d have some in stock soon. Stood there for over 5 minutes at the register while the 3 men employees walked past me multiple times, not making eye contact or asking if I needed anything. I understand they’re focused on the job, but look up once in a while.
