This Sonic used to be great. I've lived less than 1/4 a mile away for 13 years. I used to stop at this sonic at least once a day. Now? This location is absolutely THE WORST SONIC. Their hours? Supposed to be open 7am, closed 10pm. Laughable. They are usually closed by 7:30 to 8, no way knowing when or if someone will be there. Want to order on the mobile app like it's 2022? NOPE. This location has "Order Ahead" disabled. You can't get 1/2 price drinks, you can't use any mobile app perks or order anything that's available *Exclusively* on the mobile app that sonic sends you 5 emails about. Just the absolute disrespect to the public, it makes me boiling mad. My life is very busy I don't take time out of it to write reviews, I've never called headquarters of any company but I'm considering it for this. Whoever is calling the shots/owns THIS SPECIFIC Sonic franchise is doing a terrible job and does not give a tater tot about your experience.

pros: drive through availablecons:(1) PA/headsets do not seem to work at this location; workers almost never understand what is being said. Witnessed multiple cars turning their engines off trying to make it easier (to no avail) on staff to hear.(2) almost a guarantee they will forget something. Might be marinara sauce for moz sticks (always forgotten), might be a burger.(3) wacky pack usually not in a wacky pack bag and most of the time (9 out of 10 times) toy is forgotten(4) fried food often done on the outside and undercooked inside (e.g corn dogs) - oil likely too hot.(5) probably due to (1) & (2) the store is slow to process orders and prone to delays-

I saw that corn dogs were on sale today so we decided to go get some. I was happy because it was only six cars there so I pushed the button and the screen said activated so I waited ten minutes then the screen said push the button and we will be with you so I pushed it again and waited another five minutes we ordered 8 corn dogs. We got our order in about five minutes. We got home witch is three blocks away and the corn dogs were raw in the middle the corn dog batter was all over the hotdog. We thought them out.never going back.

Took 25 minutes to get my meal. One car in front of me. Burger was cold fries was cold onion rings was cold. Chicken sandwich was rubbery and hard to chew. Ask why I was there for 25 minutes and they said a hold up in the kitchen. Not a good experience.

Worst sonice I have ever been to I had to wait 15 min in the drive thru once for just 4 cups of ice! I ordered a blt from them an the completely burned it. I called in they told me to come back an they would replace it so I did so an bit into the second one an it was completely burned as well! How the hell can you scorch 2 blt's? Ordered Frito chilli cheese burrito an the tortilla were harder then my d**k. There service is slow as hell! Someone up stairs really needs to go check that place out honestly they need to fire the whole crew. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life!

Showed up and pressed the button was asked to please wait. No problem, was waiting 5 min when someone pulls up next to me. And they get a "Welcome to sonic can i take your order" to them! Then I sit for 10 more min. And I cant press the red button again cause the screen says I still hit the button. I watched another car pull in. "Hello welcome to" so I left. This isnt the first issue, just the feather that broke the camels back

I've lived just down the road from this location for almost 5 years now and have been a regular customer the entire time. The service has always been quick and the food great.However today was terrible. I sat at the kiosk for almost an hour before someone finally took my order. Several other customers got tired of waiting and just left. Then a vehicle pulled up next to me and didn't even order anything but someone brought out 2 drinks for them. When I finally got my order the food was almost non exsistent. And it tasted terrible hardly anything portion wise. I will not be comming back.

Undercharged me. Then asked for my card back so they could charge full price. Then got mad at me when I asked for my money back that they undercharged. Very unprofessional. All three of the people I talked to in that store got attitudes.

Service was pretty slow. Yes, it was happy hour but there weren't that many cars in stalls or in the drive thru.

I stopped at this Sonic like i do every morning and purchase a French Vanilla Cold Brew and until this morning i have had no problem, but was told (We are not serving that this morning.) With a (That's It.) attitude. No this is why, that is why. Just we are not. Sonic really come on. Don't be open in morning and offer coffee on menu if you don't want to serve it. I am done with this company.
