The tator tots were great. The blasts.. Were lacking. We ordered minis as after school snack and there was an inch of cup showing... Should have got smalls I guess but would it have been the same? Glad to see no whip cream filling the cup!
We go to the 15th street location because it's the closest to us. I wish just once the Blasts actually looked like the pictures. We ordered again today and received our Oreo Blasts with only a few Oreo's on top none mixed in. The employees are always very nice.
Order was incorrect. Tots were sitting in a sea of grease. Food tasted like it had been sitting there a while.
The service and food is really deteriorating. The menus are very dirty, never clean. They have a little sign saying they have been disinfected, but being a regular customer they are still dirty and you must wear a glove to protect your self. Will not be returning after being loyal almost daily customer for four years. Please clean this place up , work on the attitudes and food quality and employees dress code.
I've never wrote a review about fast food because I don't expect much, but this was nasty ? the fries were either old or refried, my tomatoes were frozen and the soda machine tastes like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I would love to shop this location one day, but until then I won't eat here willingly.
Last two times i app ordered. Got there, checked in, 30 minutes later i ask if they have my order??? No, the 1st time yes, but wrong, second time.I will go to Douglas store in the future..
On November 5th I placed an order on the Sonic app to pick up at the 15th and Post Road location, when I pulled in I was informed the grill was down and they couldn’t fulfill my order I asked for a refund and they still haven’t refunded the money. It wasn’t a lot of money but the fact that I didn’t receive my order due to issues they were having and they haven’t refunded my money is a big deal to me. I emailed sonic and even spoke with the store manager and they said they would issue a refund and it’s been over the 10 business days and still no refund.
If these girl would slow down listen try be nice yall wouldn't have remake my food twice came up here oct 31 get food it was nasty Burger ever and these girl hate ur job so much find something else
Almost every recent visit to this location has resulted in our order being made incorrectly or the food provided not being the quality it used to be (seems like maybe it sits a while before being served instead of fresh). Attached is a photo of a sausage burrito we recently ordered. They did make it right when reported but shows the typical quality any more.
