I would like to know why the worker had my credit card until my food came out. And why the windows at the drive thru are all blocked when you can't see in. Update. I went there again to see if things have changed. And it's even worse this time I paid with cash I might my order was $3 $3.68 are so like that 63 cents so I gave 10 Dollars and 63 cents or something exact change. She was about to not give me any of my change back which would be $7. When I mentioned it she's like oh I'm sorry my mistake. But she only gave me $6 back. There are bunch of thieves over there the French Island needs to look into his business.
This location is the worst one in mwc. Have 1 or 2 decent car hops but management seems to not care about the mistakes her employees continue to make nor does she seem to take care of it in a timely matter.. Save my food and bring it back the following day because yall made the mistake and I cant leave work to get my order fixed right away is what I was told to do.. wow. Smh
Breakfast burrito filling gets less and less. The cheese sauce was maybe a tiny smear on one end. They rolled the burrito so tight the ends were dough balls.

I have a large family. They were great at assembling. my order together. Burgers ckn and chili dogs are yum!
They got the order wrong. We ordered 2 of the chicken and shrimp boxes. They didn't wanted to give us the chicken strips that was supposed to be in the meal. They finally did after we asked why they didn't check the order before putting it in the bag.
Worst customer service there lately. I went and ordered some drinks for my wife and I one of them ended up being wrong. I politely made them aware that it was supposed to be a slush instead of a drink. As I reached out the window to give the drink back so it could corrected the gentleman who brought the drinks out literally stared at my hand as if he did not want to take the drink back. After about a minute he snatched the drink remade and brought it out with an attitude. His attitude was so terrible I threw the drink away just in case he had decided to do something to it. I doubt I'll be returning to this sonic.
My son & i loves sonic cheese sticks & pretzels. Therie pretzels are $1.99 & are delicious. Love the hamburgers & slashes with nerds
