Ordered through door dash. This was the last time. I have never received the correct meal from them. If it wasn't for the fact that my boyfriend prefers their Fiesta sandwich I would never order from them. This most recent one they gave me someone else's order completely. I would be fine if it was a one time thing but honestly it has become a household joke at this point because it is so frequent
Ordered a sandwich and soup but had requested meal.. when I pulled to the window I told the lady I didn't give my drink order and she shrugged said she didn't charge me for a drink and turned and walked away from the window? Didn't offer to ring me up for one.. and sent a different person back to give me my food.. no cheese on the tomato basil soup.. the sandwich was good though. I probably won't go back to this location.
We got a pizza and a French dip calzoneThe pizza was crispy and deliciousThe French dip was also fresh and very tastyI can totally recommend Schlotzsky's they do great everytime I go there!
Ordered through door dash. Worst meal I’ve ever eaten from here. Had the original. Bread was brown and hard I couldn’t chew through it, barely any veggies and red onions just extremely strong smelling. The worst and I loved this place once. Seems like all good places are failing. Continue to eat home from now on
Service was poor, staff was friendly, the food okay, the price was high. The business has gone down in the last year. I suggest that you find somewhere else to eat.
Their tomato basil soup is heavenly, and add the crispy piece of bread on the side makes it delicious. The best sandwich I've had there is the caprese sandwich on dark German bread. And the fact that they have Cinnabon, something that was banned in NYC, makes them even better!!
I work for a 3rd-party delivery company and I pick up from Schlotzsky's periodically and I have never had any problems and I have actually never had any problems with this location personally when I'm eating there until today..And I usually wouldn't make bad reviews but the shift manager was absolutely disgusting really rude to me over something so silly...So when I made the delivery to my customer he realized his chips weren't in there so I decided to call Schlotzsky's and I talked to a manager named Victor and I let him know that by him forgetting to put the chips in the bag that could be bad on me and my satisfaction rate...He acted like he did not care any hung up on me...I'm sorry about my run on sentences but I'm talking to text...Just so I did not miss out on my tip and my satisfaction rate I went to the store and bought my customer chips out of my own pocket...On the other hand Victor needs to fix his attitude especially with his customers because I know this Schlotzsky's is franchised and the owners live upstairs and I have spoken to them before and they are wonderful people and I'm sure they don't want peopleLike Victor making their name look bad
I love the sandwiches, But this location is not very good won't be going back , 2 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks
I love this place. The sandwiches are delicious and I'm crazy about the bread. The only thing I can say that I don't care for is the way the sandwiches are made. They put all of the ingredients directly in the middle of the bread,so the first bite you take is all bread. They don't spread it out evenly. I don't know if it's because they don't give you a lot of filling for the size of the bread or what but other than that, I'm a fan.
I have been eating a classic for 40 years. Not stopping now. Great sandwiches
