Sometimes I simply forget how great Rib Crib can be. Straight forward, amazing food! Wonderful service as well, all in all a great experience.
Slab of ribs left out of our Memorial Day $99 package. Unable to return to restaurant due to miles away from for BBQ. Returned to restaurant on the way home and was prepared to argue but manager was GREAT. He helped us and even gave us a side extra.
Service was great. Food was good. Don't rely on their online menu as it does not match the restaurant for items or prices
We eat at this RibCrib location often and really enjoy it. Tonight we had dinner with our kids, nice time, and really good food. We have always had good service here and find the food is great for the money.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This was supposed to be a happy Sunday lunch with my husband and I, yet I walked away feeling like I wasted my time and my money. First I asked the rude waitress what meats can I choose in the 3 meat deal, she rudely said right there as if I hadn't been looking at the menu for 15 minutes. Okay where are you talking about and she pointed. What ever, so we order and I asked if I ordered chips and salsa would it come out before our food and she replied of course. So I ordered an appetizer chips and salsa. After waiting for our food a reasonable time, our fries were Cold. Not warm Cold and my bun was old and hard. I told the waitress to cancel my appetizer order as I wanted it before my food came and she was like you don't want it anymore, mind you she hadn't even brought it out yet. I'm not sure as to why we received a different kind of cup then every other customer eating which was very odd!! We will not be spending our money at this establishment ever again, nor will we ever recommend it to anyone.
Food tasted great as usual. Only difference is that it was not hot. You could see cold grease on the plate. Waitress was nice and helpful.
My favorite meal is the stuffed baked potato with pulled pork, shredded cheeses, butter, & sour cream!!! Definitely big enough for TWO people or great leftovers (easily reheated in the microwave the next day)!!! Best of all, our waitress was great and able to joke with us when my hubby was getting ornery!! Love me some Rib Crib!!
I've been coming here for the last few months and the service I've received has gotten better and better each visit. The people at the front desk are genuinely friendly and my order is always correct. Last month I went in on a weekend and we had just had a Winter storm so there was still snow and ice on the ground. Normally, if I go out during that type of weather the customer service at other places I receive is terrible, so I rarely ever grab food during times like that. This particular weekend I had to get some errands done and was hungry, so I decided to stop in for lunch when I saw that they were open. Imagine my pleasant surprise when instead of the 'How dare you come in during weather like this so that I have to work' attitude I'm used to being met with during times like that, I was instead greeted warmly, thanked for coming in, my order was prepared quickly and it was perfect, and I was even told to have a great rest of my day and to be safe on the way home! That type of behavior has made this location my go to and I always tip generously. Keep up the great work and great attitudes!
Waited almost 12 minutes to be seated.seems like your ribs were on a diet.not a whole lot of meat on the bone.tasted good.but, not enough meat on the bone for the price.waitress was nice and professional.very informative.good clean atmosphere resturant.
Food was very Dry ! Barely warm. The emergency flood lights in the dining area are covered in years old greasy dust. Very disturbing. Those should be checked yearly at least.
