Ordered my food online and when I went to pick it up, it was all kinds of wrong. I also ordered a drink, but the drink machines were out of order and i had already paid for it. The man at the counter said there was nothing he could do to help me. Not only was the chicken undercooked I didn’t have a beverage that I paid for. Literally awful service.
Great food and staff. Steak fajita quesadilla. Awesome. Brought a new person here and they never heard of it. They definitely wanna go back.
My Fiance' and I are avid healthy eaters and QDOBA is one of our favorites however, the Midwest City location is the worst QDOBA in the entire area. It has been poorly operated for several years now. The staff experiences complete turnovers regularly and there is never any sweet tea. The staff that is in place is extremely slow and the food quality is starting to get as bad as the inside of the establishment looks. Trash overflowing, countertops with leftover food etc. From what I understand, each QDOBA is individually owned. Ms. Whitney Bird (since your name is on the window as owner), you should be ashamed. I work for the states single largest employer with well over 37,000 people represented. This Qdoba sits right across the street and I promise you, there are more bad reviews from our eomployees than good. Whitney, its time you step in and start hiring quality emlpoyees and moreover a quality manager. No othere QDOBA in the entire OKC are is half this bad. Its an embarassment to Midwest city and its patrons.
Pretty clean restaurant and friendly staff.I haven't had QDOBA in many years, so I was really unsure of what to order. The staff was very helpful with suggestions.
This particular location in Midwest City is a mess! They were rude and unhelpful. The food was okay. Their grilled chicken is always on point. I would say its probably pretty good food just go to another location.

I placed an order inside, and the team was working not only on my order but also multiple pick up orders. I never felt there was a lag in service. And all the staff were super friendly!
I haven't been to Qdoba. Saw it and gave it a try. I got a bowl with steak and several other items. It was fantastic! I will be going back.
