Use to love it. Last 3 times ordering funds are taken from my card because of a messed up system and nothing has been done. Even after speaking with GM “Mike” he assured me he couldn’t assist in the matter. Manager told me to call in and give card number still was charged but told it was declined. $70 later I’m making a pizza at home. Waste of money and time. Fix your system.
They make great pizza. The come to the car quickly and are efficient
They now charge $1 for Parmesan cheese and Red pepper sprinkles...WOW. But good service and Great pizza ?!
The pizza is normally great but this time it was either overcooked or something was right about it. Overall the the food was not the best.
I would like to not have to wait several minutes before someone comes to the counter to assist me. This is the second time I have had to wait while employee worked on other tasks in the back of the store.
I was very disappointed with my order. I placed the order for delivery it was not the correct order. I tried calling the store 4 times and it rang so long each time that it just hung up. Now I have to drive to the store to tell them my order was wrong. The only thing they did to try and make it right was remake my order and I have to wait another 20 minutes for it. It wound up still not being right but I was so frustrated I just had to leave. This is the worst experience I have ever had here.
Our pizza was raw and floppy. Both my husband I had upset stomachs the entire day after eating. In our last 3 attempts with our local Pizza Hut, only once were we satisfied with the pizza. I seriously doubt we will be ordering from this location again.
We got the triple treat box. The pizzas were good and the Cinnabon but the bread sticks were cold and tasted stale.
The chicken was very good but the medium supreme pizza was burnt with visible black on most of the top. I am going to keep my faith in Pizza Hut bc I have always loved them, and heres to hoping the next time will be perfect, thanks!
The pizza was ready for pickup on arrival. It was cooked perfectly! We always have good service at this location.
