Pelican’s is a great place to meet friends in MWC and is the GO-TO place for Bomber Reunions and after parties.
First visit. Parking lot looked full but was able to be seated right away. Our server Jeremy was great and took very good care of us. Menu choices were the beer battered cod. Wife wasn't much of a fan, said the fish was a bit hard and not much flavor. Mine was the fettuccine with chicken. Not bad but the noodles were overcooked but still decent flavor. Both items came with a trip to the salad bar. Everything is getting more expensive theses days, this trip plus tip was a bit over $50
This place has never been my favorite, but this time, it was exceptional!! Even though it was a 30 minute wait (on Mother's Day), it was well worth it! I just wish they had a larger & more comfortable waiting area. My prime rib was so tasty (even if it was thinly sliced & had a lot of fat) and I took home plenty for another meal the next day! There were 6 of us and our waiter was patient, kind, & attentive!!! I even ordered a shrimp cocktail appetizer to take home for hubby and he said it was outstanding! Large, tender, perfectly-cooked shrimp with terrific cocktail sauce!! I really want to give them 4-1/2 stars (I seldom give 5), but I did leave a great tip! I will definitely eat here again as soon as possible!
Food was good. Salad bar was fresh. Good service even though the waiter seemed over worked.

This is one of Midwest City's best Seafood. There's plenty of space for gathering. The prices are decent and The seafood is delicious. If you just want good food and bar setting where you can hang with friends and have a drink or two. It is located about 2.5 miles North of Tinker Air force base. Definitely a place that is a Midwest hidden cove!!!
My husband and I just ate here. I got a delicious prime rib was so happy with it but he ordered the t bone steak med rare and it came to him well done they had no problem making a new one but it was like boiled meat that had been thrown on the grill for some markings. No seasoning what so ever just sour grilled meat. Our waitress was amassing and tried to get them to remove it from our bill but they refused. I’m disappointed because that was literally one of the best prime ribs I’ve had but we won’t be back.
Pelicans is probably one of the most overlooked restaurants in town. Located in the parking lot of the defunct Heritage Park Mall. Although they are a seafood restaurant there are a variety of items sure to please even the pickiest eaters. I'm a fan of their broiled scallops, large, white, coin shaped scallops served in a small bowl covered in a hot seasoned butter sauce. They are so good! Your meal will also be served with bread. However my favorite part of the meal is the salad bar. The salad bar has very variety of fresh ingredients to treat yourself to along with nightly soup options. I've eaten here several times over the years and have always received above average service. It's typically a pleasant dining experience. So, with all of these good things, why 4 stars instead of 5. In my opinion, you should avoid the steak options. Most everything on the menu is good, but my wife or I have tried the steak options a couple times and have been disappointed in them. Please don't let this deter you from enjoying a great meal at an often overlooked restaurant.
Stopped in for supper on a Saturday night, the place ranked high for area but wasn’t real busy at 5:00 pm. Ordered the stuffed mushrooms for a appetizer and they were ok, main course was a ribeye steak 36.00 with baked potato and salad bar. The salad bar was ok and the baked potato was good, as for my steak - it was more like a 18.00 steak. Was a little on the gristly side and lacked real steak flavor. Wish I could say it was delicious but can’t. Doubt I return.
