To start truly enjoy the pizza they have here. Always enjoy their specials especially on Tuesday. Saying that....this Tuesday I was ordering online and had an issue. If u order online watch ur pricing. As I was placing my order i realized I wasn't getting the special pricing. I stopped and called and was informed it wouldn't show till check out. As I checked out it didn't change. When I got to store to bring it to their attention they said it wasn't their problem because it had to do with the Internet and I had to take additional time to contact them.
We love Papa Murphys. The staff is always efficient and courteous, and the pizza is great.

We have been loyal customers since the Midwest City Ok store opened.We used to have problems almost every time we went there. We quit going for awhile but we missed not having pizza.Since we have returned most of the time the staff has been pleasant. We have seen many employees and managers come and go.But for the most part we have not had anything worse than a missing topping. And a few of times the pizza not being ready.That was until yesterday 10/26/2021. My husband usually orders the pizza online and picks it up on his way home. Yesterday their website was down. So he finally gave up and called the order in. The staff was pleasant on the phone.The problem started when he walked through the door and paid for the pizza. The young lady was very snippy to him. Then when he was told the total it was $1 more than usual. It was $10 Tuesday at Papa Murphys. Even their radio ad states any large pizza is $10!When my husband questioned the additional dollar the person behind the counter snapped at him and said it was because it was pan pizza. "It's always been more". My husband also said when he orders online it is $10 + tax. To that she responded with "you should have ordered it online". My husband responded with "I tried but your website is down". After her huffing and puffing my husband told her "we have been coming here a long time but... maybe it's time to stop". Her response to my husband was "fine with me! That will make it easier on us"! There was a lady sitting on one of the benches in the store that looked at my husband and said. "I can't believe she said that to you"! So obviously she didn't care who heard her make that announcement!My husband at this point was not happy with the way he had been treated and her snide comments. Obviously the person does not realize the reason that she is standing behind the counter! The people that she is "bothered" with is the only reason she is even there!I will add this: their pizza is good pizza so it gets 5 stars but the people working behind the counter need a serious wake up call on customer service!
I ordered the double layer pie crust with extra cheese... There was no pie crust on top and no extra cheese that I paid for....and very little meat. I did not return to fix the order because I assumed the order was correct and did not notice until arriving home 30 miles away from the place of purchase.Check your order..!
Ordered online. Asked for a tip, so I thought it was being delivered. Gave 20%. No delivery. Then, when you pick it up, it is cold and uncooked. Yes, you have to take it home and cook it. Tipped, no delivery, served uncooked. Never again.
Go on Tuesdays get the stuff crust talk to you $12 and it is well worth it

Drove all the way out from the Noble area just to come home to my order completely messed up. ? I ordered a large stuff crust pizza ( which was not even stuffed crust, they gave me a regular but charged me for stuff crust ) and 2 mini Murphy kits that came like the pic below. Called up there and all I was told is that they couldnt do anything about it and I was told to cook it on the tray.... ? what tray.. All I got was topping and dough wrapped in plastic. Again was pretty much told oh well. I wont ever waste my time again here.. Poor customer service and the "manager" was just as clueless as the employees.
