You pay $12 for a sandwich and $8 for a half a wrap you expect the half wrap to be full and then to have edible avocado. Nasty black all through the avocado on both. You would think they would take the time to clean it up and make it look enticing instead I just wanted to throw it away. Got pictures not sure why I can’t post them here. Very disappointed in what I thought to be one of the better sandwich places around. If they don’t care enough to make the sandwich right then maybe the quality is going downhill like the rest. Expected better from you Panera! Kept two stars because my kids pizza and the soups were good. Way too much money for mediocre at best!

Placed an order at 11:00, was to be ready at 1120. I arrived at 11:20, and patiently watched for my order on the computer screen. They were busy and WAY behind, which happens. No big deal. Finally at almost noon, my name has disappeared from the “preparing” list, but never appears on the “ready” list. When I ask where it might be, they ask around the kitchen, and nobody knows. Maybe somebody accidentally picked it up, although I’ve been waiting for almost 45 minutes and never saw it. They tell me my order can be refunded or they can start over. Of course I get a refund. I ask the manager if that’s all she’s willing to do. No coupon for next time? Nothing whatsoever to try and earn my future business? Nope, nothing. Not so much as an apology. Oh well, I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

I love Panera salads, but this Panera only gives a out a teaspoon of dressing for a half salad and 2 teaspoons for a full salad. The salads are about $12 for a full size, which is a lot of money. They choose scrimp on the dressing. I have asked for extra dressing and got another teaspoon. The little plastic cups probably cost more than the dressing.

Horrible experience this time. Do NOT order the teriyaki bowl!! Horrible and looks absolutely nothing like the photo. Not sure why I can't post a picture this time. But, it's colorless, no flavor other than sweet, and about a fourth of the paper bowl was full.

This Panera Bread was nice, and clean. The employees were nice and helpful. I stopped for a coffee and a croissant. The coffee was fresh, and croissant was good. This Panera Bread has available, where you can order from kiosk, and pick it up when your order is ready. All positive review for this Panera Bread

Great tasting food. New location a bit smaller than across the street but a lot more light come through. Kiosk was acting up, but they still had people working counter. The 2 for meals are great and are always good tasting

Ever since they moved into the new restaurant their service has been horrible! VERY slow wait times for TO-GO orders. Customers eating in are coming up and grabbing their food after waiting 20 minutes. The GM Jesse is very rude and doesn’t seem to want to get people their food in a timely manner, telling me their screens are full. The cashier Erin is very helpful and working super hard, while others don’t care to do so.

Food is good but if you get there late afternoon, they are out of soups, other lunch items & desserts. If you get there late morning, breakfast souffles are gone.Staff is friendly & polite.Place is clean.Bigger space since they have moved.

This was my very first time ever eating at Panera bread this is sad that all the bacon u get on a sandwich I paid almost 7 dollars for and I asked what kind of bread it came on the bread they said that not the bread it came on I’m very disappointed

Since the location of this particular Panera Bread has changed the service has really gone down. The first time we went we went through the drive thru and ordered chicken and rice soup in a bread bowl. After a considerably long wait in line I was told at the window we don't have that, not a "I'm sorry we don't have that" and can we get you anything else. Today I went back and ordered the exact same thing through the drive thru, I get home and am going to warm up my soup up and I realize it's not chicken and rice soup. I guess chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl is just too difficult an order to get right.
