Small portions for a large plate, flavorless food, fat and stringy meat. Just disappointing in every regard.Forced to order from this location due to the nearby good ones being unavailable. Never again. Whenever it becomes available again, just order from the 116 E one. Those guys are consistently good.
First, what happened to the green bean chicken? Used to be good at Panda. Now it's nasty. And the chicken was old and dry. Also the broccoli beef tasted old, not good. Just tasted like salt. Panda has cheapened their food considerably. The rice had lots of hard bits in it I had to spit out constantly. Very dry, like they made it last night. The woman helping me also was rather bothered anytime I asked a question. She seemed rather disappointed that I was bothering her, like she had something much better to be doing.
So disappointing every time I go. I am done with this location. I always have to wait for certain items that are a staple on the menu. Staff do not seem to care much. I will try another location to see if I will keep Panda in my dinner rotation. Sad, this location used to be so good.
I would give them a 0 if it would let me. They only took half my order and refused to take the rest of it at the window. However the added a coke but would not add my meal, then the manager was rude and unhelpful.
It's okay. The first time we went there they were out of fried rice... and the person that was at the window was not too friendly, I just assumed she was having a bad day. But after coming back a few more times, I've noticed they were a bit rude. My family was visiting from out of state so we wanted to look at the menu two minutes and they kept being impatient with us. We had 4 orders in total, but the lady kept cutting us off trying to finish the order so it took even longer for our order to be completed. We almost drove off because she was being extremely impatient. I would consider going here again but I feel iffy about it. I never know what I'm going to deal with when I come here lol..
The person taking my order is rude every single time I come through the line. She refused to answer simple questions and starts yelling if she doesn’t like what your asking. I asked for my total to see if I could order more food before moving on to the second window , to which the lady yelled “I’m making your food first go to second window” I will never eat here again.
The worst customer service ever. they never get your order right. Also will deny you extra sweet and sour even if you’re willing to pay, due to company policy. I don’t even write reviews but this place is so bad I had to.
The parking lot was designed by a preschooler attempting to draw his first maze. They were out of menu items and when you chose something else they didn't include the entire dish. skip this. go get some chicken from raising Cane's you'll be much happier
The food was good. My only complaints are that beef and broccoli should actually have beef. The store could be a bit cleaner, especially being that it was well staffed.
Horrible drive-thru service. They need someone with better people skills to take orders AND actually get the orders right! Waste of money!!
