I just didn't enjoy it more specifically I didn't like the food, just not as good as others. The atmosphere Is great and my server was good but the chips are cold, I'm assuming there's no chip warmer. The queso tasted like it was from a jar from the store and so did the salsa. I ordered enchiladas and was pretty much unable to eat it the chili sauce just wasn't good and it didn't look good either. My boyfriend got a burrito and he said it was okay but not better than other places and also I've heard the same from friends

Not sure what’s going on. We walked in and had to seat ourselves. After a few minutes a lady came and asked us how many, we said 6 and she walked away rolling her eyes, came back with tableware, my son said thank you and she gave a weak welcome then went to the kitchen and started talking to another lady and picked up what looked like she was picking out a hair in someone’s food. I hope it wasn’t we will never know. A guy kept looking at us for whatever reason. We decided to leave. There was no reason spending the money we were fixing to spend for a family of 6 and get the poor service and possibly poor looking food. We didn’t want to be more disappointed. Hope they get this figured out but we won’t be back ☹️ There was maybe 2 customers in the whole place.

The host lied to us about the patio never being open, when in fact they were too short handed to seat anyone there. I spoke to the manager about this. Everytime the waitress came to the table she had forgotten to bring what we had asked for. We had to ask multiple time for everything. It took a long time for us to get our food. Once we had gotten our food, they brought out chicken empanadas instead of beef. I had to have them remake it. By the time I got the replacement I was no longer hungry. I had to take all my food home which will probably get thrown in the trash. We ended up being there over 2 hours for something that should have been 45 mins max. We ordered queso, 2 apps, and 2 beers. OTB has always been a favorite, but I am considering not coming back. COVID can no longer be an excuse for poor service. If you can't deliver service as expected I would consider shortening hours to make sure you can staff appropriately or closing all together.

Went for lunch, food was good. Service wasn't the best. We had to get up to ask someone for our drinks after we ordered. They weren't that busy but we still had to wait and ask multiple times for different things.

This evening, Sunday,  February 6, 2022, at around 6:30 pm, my wife and I entered your location in Midwest, OK. I advised the hostess there would be 2 for a table. She walked us to a booth in the bar area, which we are bigger people, so a booth would be uncomfortable. She offered a high top,  but I advised my wife has a bad knee, and a high top would be very painful. She said "I'm sorry, but the area with the regular tables is closed."  I asked the managers name, and she said Desiree and pointed to a woman, who said nothing. At that point we chose to leave, with no response from anyone. I am thoroughly disappointed that they would let would be paying customers walk out instead of accommodating a person with a stated disability. I'm pretty sure an ADA violation. I tried on 3 different browsers to submit feedback through the website, but you just get an error that says "we are unable to submit your feedback at this time." When you call the guest relations number, it is a recording that redirects you back to the website, and doesn't allow you to speak with anyone or even leave a message

The waitress did not look clean, nor was she professional. We asked for sliced lime w our beer. They were out of the kind my husband wanted, and she passed by 2 times and didn't even make eye contact, to let her know, 10-13m later, that we didn't get the limes and hadn't ordered yet. There was only 1 other table w an older couple, and 1man at the bar. I watched the waitress who never washed her hands from behind the bar, and told my husband" I don't want limes or anything to eat here, let's go." So we paid. I asked the only waitress why it was so slow, and she said because of the road construction ⁉️ We had been there once before and liked it. But much prefer Monterey Jacks!!!

We got sat by the Host just fine but then proceeded to sit for 20mins with no help nobody checked in on us we watched what must have been the only server working buss two tables next too us then seat two other groups and get one of them their drink and chips immediately. My Fiance said something to the host and all we got was "oh really" and she ran off we then started to leave and told the the waitress the same thing which basically got the same reaction. As if she didn't see us while she was literally cleaning the table next to us probably the worst service I have experienced and this was the first I had been there I won't be returning.

I just received the most disrespectful lack of service I've ever experienced. My fiance and I arrived at this location around 5pm today. The restaurant was pretty dead and there were only three parties seated in tables and one person seated at the bar. We were seated promptly and given menus to look over. From the looks of it they were severely understaffed and we only saw one server. So we took our time looking over the menu and chatting. The server was behind the bar chatting with the customer sitting there. Two of the tables left and the person at the bar also left. So it was only our table and one other table still here. No one had come to our table at this point, which was about 15 mins.So we wait some more. I see the server go and bus the tables that had left. At this point I was a little annoyed as in my opinion, we should have at least gotten drinks or an introduction before she worried about bussing tables. But I knew she was the only one working so we continued to wait. Note, one of the tables she was bussing was the booth directly behind ours. As she is taking dishes to the kitchen, another customer comes in and is sat by a different employee (I think a manager or something? She is also the woman who sat us). Then, a few mins later another couple comes in and seats themselves. All of this is happening BEFORE we were able to place our drink orders and at this point we had been here for 25 mins. Then I notice the server bring out chips and a drink to the customer that came in and was sat after us. Now, I'm heated. We haven't had any interaction with any employee except the person who sat us, and people that arrived 15-20 mins after us we're getting served first.I see the woman who sat us bring a to go order out, so on the way back I stop her and let her know we have not gotten drinks or even been spoken to since we were sat. (The server never even said give me one moment I'll be right with you- NOTHING. I felt like I was a ghost and was down right being ignored.) The woman lets us know that there is only one server so I pointed out that the one server is getting drinks and chips for tables that arrived well after us. The woman just insincerely repeats "oh really" multiple times and then walks back to the kitchen. My fiance and I decide to just leave because no body seems to care at all. On the way out I stop by the table that was served before us where the server is still standing, chatting with the customer. I tell her "you know it's really rude to serve people that came in after us when no one has even acknowledged us for almost 30mins." The server stares at me blankly and acts as if she never saw us there. We were there for 30 mins and she bussed the table DIRECTLY BEHIND US but is acting like she didn't know we were there? We never even got as much as a hello.I've never been to On The Boarder before but have tried their food to go so I was really excited to have the dine-in experience. The lack of respect and concern from the staff makes me never want to try this restaurant again.

I had been wanting On The Border for a while bc the food is usually great. I got a 2go order & this is my first time at this location but…never again! Let me start off saying this was a $12 meal so not that inexpensive. I ordered the ckn flautas, & they had a buy 1 get 1 queso for $1.29 & then chips & salsa for $3.08. First let me say most Mexican places give u free chips & salsa when u order food! U don’t have to pay for it! Second, it’s usually in a bigger styrofoam cup & not this tiny single serve thing! The queso I can understand bc it was only $1.29 but it still took me by surprise a lil. The ckn flautas were just ridiculous! I got 2 & idk what else was in there…it looked like one had exploded & then there was just a chip or part of the shell to another one. Who thought it would ok to serve that to a customer? The staff truly needs to be re evaluated if they think that’s ok! I don’t eat out much bc I don’t have the extra $ to do it & this was a complete waste of $12. I wasn’t even full after it bc I only had 2 lil ckn flautas.. For $12..My daughter says go to Ted’s. She says the food is way better & they give u a free pint of salsa & bag of chips.

Always good I'm never disappointed. The wait staff is nice and the food is great. The manager was even helping on the floor and that is so nice to see. The margaritas are a must with chips and queso!
