Went inside. Cashier left drink cups by register. When daughter reached for them, she accidentally knocked them off. Waited 11 minutes for cashier to come back so we could tell her. She picked them up from the floor, both rom down and handed them to us. I asked if we could have cups that were't off the floor. She then handed us clean cups, but placed the ones off the floor back on the clean stack.
Only ordered tea. But it tasted alot better than most McDonald's sweet tea. Tasting like dirty unwashed urns at 5 local McD's.
The picture I posted is not being meant for good service. They left off my meat. I was not happy when I got to work and my meat was missing.
Used mobile Order to skip the line and still was the last customer served. I waited in the number three parking stall for 25 minutes after ordering my food and they still served every customer in drive-thru even after I had been sitting there waiting. And all they do to compensate for the wait is have the manager bring my food out and say we threw some ketchup in there for you.
Not as kid friendly as it use to be. Understanding the COVID Pandemic implemented a lot of changes, there still should be adaquate seating for small ones when dine in is accepted. Happy meal toys should be better enhanced considering the higher cost with no change in food items. The outting with my Grand Kids was the highlight of the day but very disappointed at the cost and provision during our holiday dine in. Of the kiddos enjoyed themselves and that's all that really mattered. IJS....
Worst McDonald's that you ever want to go to late at night. Their management are not in a hurry they're not trying to get the food out fast there walking around like they have no purpose. You can sit and watch them in the. From the diner they're not in any hurry to help anybody through the drive-thru. Do not go to this McDonald's after 9 p.m.. PS. I live right around the corner and I have never seen this McDonald's ever past 9 have a short line it is always long and you're always waiting 45 minutes
After going to this location and seeing the employees not using gloves, I get on here and see several reviews about them not using gloves. Why is this still happening? Does the manager or owner of the location not care? It is gross and sad that this newer location has only a 2 star review.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but I ordered 3mcchickens a cheeseburger and a large fry and I asked for sweet and sour sauce for my fries..(because who eats fries plain lol) and they said it would cost 27c. I’m at McDonald’s cause I’m broke i don’t have an extra 27c and so I asked why and the lady said it only comes with chicken nuggets and I just said “I got fries though?” And she said it only comes with nuggets but I’ve never had a problem with this at any other location. Service is good though I’m just confused why I have to eat plain fries. Thank you.
This location must definitely have the laziest of all mcd’s employees. They don’t make drinks other than soda fountain drinks if they’re too busy, they don’t make fresh tea after they’ve run out even though they’ll be open for another 5 hours, they’re very rude & try to cut you off in a rush. The food is very rarely fresh . And they quite often get your order wrong.
If I could give this McDonald's evening shift a zero star rating It would definitely go to the night shift! The lady whom made our ice cream cones was touching all over everything thing and was handling the cones with no gloves on nor did she have a napkin around the cones, she proceeded to hand us a mest up ice cream cone letting us know we may not get our 2nd one because the machine wasn't working. She came back to the window again with a mest up ice cream and was laughing and spit talking all over our cone like there isn't a Virus going around! Worse experience ever!!! ***Bring the morning shift to the night shift to show them how it's done!!!***
