I love this location. There's an older lady who takes the money...short Grey hair, grandma type. She is always so very sweet. Then ar the pick up window, great customer service as well. Plus our food always comes out right. No mistakes. Plus they have no issues when I ask politely for 2 sweet and sour packets for my crispy chicken sandwich and my fries. They are always courteous. Whoever their training manager and store manager is, they're doing an amazing job teaching their employees how to treat customers. Good job ya'll! ?
I'm on my lunch break and got a burger meal with large coke. When my drink was handed to me it was an orange soda. I was trying to tell the guy I didn't order this drink he shut the window. Then he opened the window to hand me my food I told him I ordered a large coke. When I got back to work to eat my lunch my drink was a diet coke. Pay attention to your customers and there orders
Good morning to whom may concern, over the past 3-4 months the service has been horrible at your store, as a local business owner I have spent on average 4,000-5,000 a year with your location, I usually stop there every other day for breakfast also, today will be the last time I come back, today I pulled up to order and the girl told me I would have to wait 5 minutes as the system reboots meanwhile 2 mins later a car pulls up next to me and orders, then another car orders, she never came back to me so I pull all the way back around and finally get noticed and when I asked her she said it’s first come first served which I get but I was there first, this particular girl is always a issue, and there are several other employees that have bad attitudes, I just wanted to share my experience and I have been coming to this location for 5 years and have always spoke highly up until the last 3-4 months, as I leave a bad review I will also say that this store used to be the best around but there is a new location at Reno and Midwest blvd that has now become the best one around here.
the McDonald's app is a game-changer .. and I am applauding THIS specific location, for the fact that the sweet drive-thru girl suggested I get the app.So, the other mornin: I had a small frappe and a donut and my total was over $5, but then she told me to download the app and upon doin so revealed a coupon for a $2 frappe of any size... so not only did I get to upgrade to a LARGE frappe, but my new total ended up being less than $3.50 ....now, I'm not gonna lie- goin back and reading this over- I almost felt corny for celebrating this savings of 2 whole bucks .. but I assure you, in that moment, when I only had $5 on me and learned of my new total- wasn't nothin' corny about it!!!;)
One of the better locations around OKC. The line was long but was moving really quick. They had my food waiting for me when I pulled up to the window and it was fresh. Thankfully I live pretty close to this one but I’ll drive past the 3 other stores just to get the better food much faster.
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese!! Which is suppose to be cooked to order.... The whole burger was dry and burnt Im very disappointed
Don't order from this McDonald's they never give the whole order. I ordered from there tonight an my son didn't get his food. Then I call them 15 times an no one answers the phone. Worst place ever
This place was packed in the drive through. With it so busy, a person would think the chicken nuggets would have been fresher tasting. I guess the workers were doing what they could.

I love this place so much! Everything is always perfect and accurate! Staff members are so friendly and professional. There is always an employee cleaning the restaurant to keep it in tip top shape!
