Very long wait time at night. 4 out of 4 times, I had to wait at least 15 min at drive through. During that time, I could had went to another location, get my order, drive back to this location, and still have to wait.DO NOT COME HERE. Drive a little further and you’ll get much better service that respect your time.
Had a buddy order the pancake meal for breakfast only to get back to his place and find out they just threw 2 dry, old biscuits in the container and nothing else... I have had an experience with a breakfast burrito thrown into a bag without even being wrapped up, same with a hot n' spicy chicken sandwich. I honestly don't expect anything better at this point...
Worst McDonald’s ever, never open on time in the morning and randomly closes, takes to long and food is not even decent kids run this store. Fries are always old cold and over salted. The burgers taste super old, drive thru can have one car and take 20mins to get a burger and drink. Forgets sauce. Always an attitude. Honestly just the way they act makes you not even wanna eat the food because you can tell they don’t care. I’ve got friends that work at McDonald’s and they always say everything there is done horribly wrong! Just saying go to the one on Reno, they at least have better food and better attitudes even tho they do get busier but for obvious reasons. I hope this store gets down to 2 or 1 stars??♂️
This is easily the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It's a coin flip if they are even open after 9. Just tonight I sat in lane 2 for 10 minutes while car after car got their order taken in the other lane. The employees at this location are too incompetent to know how to cycle lanes. There are 2 locations within a mile of this one so choose one of those.
Never go again can never set stuff right , didn’t even put the meat between my buns need to shut this one down just saying, what my Big Mac looked like after I waited 40 mins for a Big Mac med fries and spicy mcchicken
Hi everyone, we all like a good fry now and then. It was slow service, but they're hiring. The soda was flat. Had to wait quite some time for our order. Everyone was nice though, understandably overwhelmed. Use the McD app and saaaave that moolah for something else my friends!
I would give them 0 stars but I can't. They are rude and never get your order right. I ordered 3 number ones and they forgot my fries in one meal. My drink in another. So check your bags before you drive all the way home.if I would have had time to go back I would have bit it was my lunch hour. And they are way over priced. ero stars.
I don't recommend this place it is the first and last time that I go. They give me a Big Mac with bread that is expired it was green in one side of it, I went inside I ask for the manager I tried to show my receive so he would see that I wasn't lying and show him the Mac but he didn't put me any attention he just ask if I want my money or what I want and I told him that I want my Mac good he gave me another one but he didn't put any lettuce and Big Mac sauce at all. Bad service they don't give you any attention, they don't care about what they're giving you! I'll recommend the mc Donald's on Reno and Midwest blvd next to winco is better than this one. I went here cuz it was close to me but NO THANK YOU!
Literally sat for 30 minutes in the drive thru and went inside for a refund. They gave me my order instead (I wanted my money back) and everything was wrong. I asked for no onions on my Mcdoubles and all of them had onions. One wasn't even a Mcdouble, it was a cheeseburger. The crew was standing around dancing and playing on their phones. They blamed my order taking long on the apple pie I ordered. When I got it, it wasn't even an apple pie, it was the strawberry cream pie and it was cold. What the hell.
Well I've hone to this location at 5, 6,7,8, and tonight around 915pm and ordered a shake with my meal purchase and they say EVERYTIME with a kiddie giggle that they have no ice cream or no shakes and even once no specific flavor of shake! Its on their menu I live less than a mile away and come 5-7 times a week now I will take my family's business elseware . I mean is it that hard to serve something that comes up as the first picture on this stores location under pictures!! Poor Management.
