We used to eat here all the time and I originally gave 5 star review. For whatever reason they can't get their air conditioning fixed and it's been summer time temps in Oklahoma for a few months now. Get the air conditioning fixed and this would be 5 stars.
This is a fun casual restaurant. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, and it was too much for me to eat! That's rare! And it was damn good too! The waitstaff wished together nicely. Our waiter took some good natured ribbing from one of our members and played along. Everyone left full and happy. One member of our crew mentioned that it was brighter in there than most restaurants. I'm looking forward to another shot at that salad!
Man where to begin...first we wait 10 minutes for anyone to take our drink, food came out all together instead of snack first. Our waiter came to our table twice and took longer than should of for waters and ranch. Not to mention we didn't even get waters with our alcohol like you usually would. Very bad service and there were no employees on the floor. It sounded like they were all hanging out together in the back. We have been here twice and they have both been bad experiences so I would not recommend going here and we never will again. I would suggest driving to the south side okc to that Louis because they are so much better and friendlier and actually do their job.
Always love to eat there when eating late. The menu has changed with the portion sizes as well. That does not bother me as much as the fact the chicken strips have changed quality. Paying more for less quality. Very disappointed. Will have to probably go to Cheddars or somewhere else for chicken strips.
I don’t write reviews. But Caitlin is the best bartender ever. My friends and I come in specifically on the days she works. Creative when it comes to mixed cocktails, super friendly & knows the menu and can come up with fun ideas when you’re just burnt out!!! Look forward to my weekly visits here.
I had the turkey club with a side of fried okra. It was fantastic. My friend had a burger with a side of sweet potato fries. She The burger looked like it was homemade...none of those perfectly round or square patties. It was thick and layered with goodies. The okra and sweet potato fries were cooked after we ordered so they really were great tasting and lightly crisp on the outside. Yes, the prices are higher than they once were but the quality and quantity of food were so good! There is no longer a lunch value menu.
It’s my first time and I’m undecided. If you get Jill you receive personable great service. If you have Kaitlin, she’s not friendly or very serviceable. Be prepared to wait because she doesn’t pay attention to customers, she is more concerned about her phone and worried you might want to have a conversation with her. I’m not one to leave reviews but I will walk out if she’s the one attending bar!
My husband and I waited at the door about 10-15 minutes to be seated. Others came in behind us and waited as well. Finally one of the waitresses came by and said we had to seat ourselves. Within that wait time SEVERAL wait staff passed us without acknowledging our presence. On top of that, the food was horrible! We will NOT go back to that specific Louie's.

Shrimp and Salmon were sooooooo good! Waiter was friendly and prompt with service. Food was good. We enjoyed it!
