Usually we have really good things to say about our service at Logan’s. This evening however, was terrible and doesn’t deserve one star.We arrived at 6pm and was seated immediately. There was hardly anyone there. We order and don’t even get our house salads or drinks. We were sitting for 45 minutes before my husband had to ask for waters and our salad. We might have well have been invisible to our waitress. About 7:30 with no food still, empty cups and a screaming baby we decide to just get our food ToGo. Our food is out in 10 minutes (imagine that).You could tell our food was tossed in boxes, and they rushed the cooking for rest of our food. My husband asked for his steak to be “done” and this is what was sent home with us.We are supper disappointed in the service and food. No manager offered anything as simple as an apology.
Shout out to the BEST server we’ve had in months!!! Eli went out of his way to make our dinner great! Very friendly, positive attitude, polite, and just did an outstanding job!! Make sure to ask to sit in his section!!! Thank you Eli!!!
By far the worst service I've ever had this lady was acting like we were bothered she couldn't get it together she kept on messing up on my drink brought us two different tickets wasn't friendly but was friendly to all her other tables wasn't worried about getting are drink right she wasn't worried about if our food was correct she didn't even tell us her name we had to get a name off the ticket but she introduced herself to the table in front of us and the manager was no help and this is my first time coming here my gf so excited bring me here was a waste of my money. She didn't get a tip because she didn't work for it we had to get other servers just to get her even the manager had to get her like three times
Well... Logan's isn't what it used to be. We keep giving this place a chance once every 6 months and it just keeps going down hill. The positive points first. Our server was great. Nice young lady. Didn't get her name but customer service was spot on. The steak skewer was a big disappointment. The portion size was ridiculously small so we sent it back. My waffle fries came out cold. My $12 burger was meh. Our server and manager took care of us, but damn. Mr. Or Mrs Logan better do something different. We're just not coming back.
Pros- Overall pleasant experience. Steaks and burgers were all cooked according to preference requested. Staff were exceptionally nice and efficient.Cons- Did receive fries instead of green beans on our kid's meal. Floors under tables could be a lot cleaner, though as good as they are it was probably from a busy day.
Horrible kitchen staff, but great server. Sent my steak back, and still got it back incorrectly. The only thing made correctly was our drinks. Waste of money.
Our server was extremely busy (I'm sure they are having staffing problems like everyone else) and we waited quite a while, but it was worth it. The ribs were excellent, fried fish was outstanding, and chicken strips were wonderful!! I would like the music to be a little softer, but the place was clean and comfortable! I will definitely be back!!!
learn that a well done steak isn't bleeding. I mean a little pink is OK but after sending it back twice and finally getting It back after my wife was already done eating and it still wasn't right, I WAS DONE!
They had very friendly employees. She made recommendations that I thought were very good. The rolls are definitely a great addition. Everything was cooked the way I ordered it and was piping hot. The food came out very quickly. For a chain restaurant it was great.
3rd time eating here, had to send food back twice previous visits due to food being cold, couple next to me on this visit had to send back due to food being cold. I had let management know if I had to send back this time, not eating here. So the dish I got was one of their premier dishes, blackened salmon, but salmon wasn't blackened, cream sauce was bland, green beans tasted like they were out of a can without any flavor, and grilled shrimp, you can see for yourself in pics, wasn't grilled. Needless to say having multiple experiences eating at logans from multiple locations, this is by far the worse one. Great place to get a drink, not so much for food!
