Love the price but wish they offered more variety such as BBQ pizza or Alfredo pizza.
Worst little caesars in okc. Not helpful at all I called and told them they had messed up and they say can't do anything about it. And hung up on me. And pizza was old.
This was some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I had a call in order the said ready in 25 minutes. I got here and food not ready, I seen multiple violations to the heath code. Not to mention there 6 people here and they can't seem to get things done. After waiting a extra 10 minutes and still no food I asked for my money back. Will Not be returning, lost patron.
Waited in the drive thru over 10 minutes.we left and went to Arby's next door. Got our food less than 5 minutes and it was fresh.
Picked up little Ceasers after work.. and found a hair inside my pizza!
Did a pickup order. Food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and it took them 40. It was not during a busy time of day. Staff was rude, loud, and obnoxious. They overcharged us for ranch by putting it in the system as a “donation” hoping to keep the extra change for themselves. When confronted they refused to compensate for it. They “forgot” to give us half our order, and we had to go back for it. When we went back in our missing food “hadn’t been made yet” and we had to wait additional time while they remade it. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not be back.
I normally end up going in because the drive thru line is long. I've always been able to get what I want and the employees are very friendly.
Hot and ready wasn’t hot and ready as advertised and one of the workers had her boyfriend or something up there yelling at her way to go guys.
I don’t know who’s working tonight but oh my goodness, they made the best pizza and breadsticks I’ve ever gotten from Little Caesar’s. EVER! I literally wanted to call and praise them but I figured that’d be a little extra of me. Seriously though, it encouraged me to write this review. Also, they are always friendly at the drive thru. I should have given them a review a long time ago.
The staff is extremely rude for no reason. We went to pick up a replacement order and they had an attitude from the start. The manger that said she was going to start making it was not there and the staff was rolling their eyes and being genuinely awful. When my fiance said something the girl started yelling at him said bye, and slammed the window on us. My toddler nephew and teenage stepson were in the car hungry and I was wanting to ask what was ready, but was not given the opportunity. So I went inside to explain we had a digital receipt and I was just trying to pick my order up when the girl in the kitchen started glaring at me and shaking her head! Horrible customer service!!!
