Worst customer service ever! All I asked for was for my gravy to be put on the side of the mashed potatoes because I had a long drive home and they get mushy and a man came on the speaker and starting SCREAMING at me and calling me stupid. Normally I would have asked to speak to a manager, but he was so aggressive that he literally scared me away! I left shaken and terrified! A man should never yell at a woman like that! He should be fired.
Went there today and tried the Crispy Chicken Sandwich for the first time, was not fresh. It was so dry I just about Choked on it. Luke warm at best. Will not be wasting my money on KFC’s chicken sandwich. They advertise always fresh made, nope. Not at this location. Save your money, not worth it. Pickle was the best thing about that sandwich.
We just went via the drive thru, but they completely left out a chicken pot pie we ordered! Because we had already started to drive off, I had to walk back and stand by the drive thru window in the cold wind (because the doors were all locked) waiting for them to get me another. They were agreeable and apologetic as they fixed the error, but dang...
30 minutes before close, go through the drive thru and they're out of chicken. KFC... out of chicken... at that point why not close early? And he says well it's 30 minutes before we close. I get it, but you have a closing time for a reason that doesn't mean you stop working 30 minutes early.
So I just need to share this…I haven’t been to KFC in a long long time.. For some reason today I wanted a KFC bowl. So I pulled to outside lane of the drive thru just to look at the menu and make sure that’s what I wanted and to see how much it was. All the sudden I hear someone yelling from across the parking lot out her window.. “ GIRL YOU ARE SO SMART! NO ONE EVER DOES THAT IM GUNNA BUY YOUR LUNCH” I was like what? Who Is she talking to. I pull back around and got in the actual drive through line and she comes over the speaker and said “ No one ever pulls to that lane they always just hold up the line or get rude so I’m buying your lunch for being smart” It was the manager! She was on break I assume and saw me do that. It was super sweet my lunch was only $7 something I could have covered that myself, but that was a super sweet simple jester and it made my entire day! Stuff like that doesn’t hardly happen to me. I always try to do that for others when I can. I love random acts of kindness!!!So to the manager of KFC off 29th and Douglas! Thank you, You made my entire day!!! ❤️❤️ I will pay it forward!
I visited during the slow part of the day. Food was hot and fresh, made to order. We were packing for a move, they added plates and serving ware. Great service ?
I pulled to the drive-through to pick up a mobile order. They knew the order was there. They knew the order had to large Mac and cheeses on it. They tell me 20 minutes. I call back after 25 minutes and they say another 7. Now I'm still setting waiting for food almost 45 minutes later.
Was in the drive thru and all I wanted was extra pickles.. JR in the drive thru didn’t turn off his mic and started complaining how he wasn’t gonna give me my extra pickles. Never been so disrespected like this. Will not be coming back to this location again! -Lily
Got home had crispy instead of original. But was ok! Please bring back buffet!!!!
While we were inside deciding what to order, our cashier was approached by another (manager?). Cashier then told us they were closed (inside only).IF they were indeed closed, why were the doors open, allowing customers in?
