Try to go in because it said open and ALL doors was locked! So went Thur drive-thru to pick up my Doordash order and was told to go wait in front of store and while sat an waited for about 30 min by this time 3 cars have come an gone. so I walk up to the drive-thru window the girl just stand there on her phone face timing her friend!!!!!! So asked about my order and she was like what order??♀️. We got the food it was COLD AND MISSING THINGS!!!!
HORRIBLE. Ordered an 8 pc family fill up and it was only when I got home that I discovered the chicken looked and rated like it had been cooked and sat under a heat lamp since yesterday. The breading was so hard, it had to be peeled off and thrown away. The biscuits were the same.Potatoes were half cold, and the gravy had a skin over it. Gravy doesn't get a skin in 4 blocks.Absolutely horrid.

Horrible place to go. Don’t waste your time. Waited 12 mins on fries and famous bowl when I was literally the only one there in drive thru the entire 12 mins. (Dine in closed) And then when I asked for my money back. They said they would have to call and have me wait even longer. Well, with a 30 min lunch and half of it already spent waiting. I’d rather take my business elsewhere and try to eat.Called the DM to see if he could make it right (franchise location) and apparently there was nothing he could do. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Worst experience ever.
The price and the food is good. If you come in the evening or on a Sunday after church the service is very slow and most likely your order will be wrong. Always double check your food before leaving! When they get it wrong they are very kind about fixing their mistake.
I am the cook at this KFC and my chicken is always fresh and delicious. It's not the little kids they had working here anymore. Whole new crew and always fast and fresh food now.
I went to KFC on air depot today. The 1st time in a long time. I just want to say it was wonderful. The food was great! The service was awesome very friendly staff. Was very clean!!!
Tae and Adrianna (spelling?) were great! Tae took my order professionally and spoke clearly through the system. She entered my order correctly and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.Adrianna, at the window was neat in appearance and very polite. She made sure I had a hold on my food before she let go of it, ensuring I did not drop it (it's happened, haha).The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Handed out to me within minutes of pulling to the window. This was one the best experiences I've ever had at a KFC in this area! I've lived in the OKC area for a little over 10 years. Visited 6 different locations, from Shawnee to El Reno. This is, hands down, the best one I've been to!Fastest service, ever!! AND the order was perfectly correct with sauces and plasticware thrown in, without being asked!! Great job!
The service was very good, fast and friendly. My famous bowl fill-up was really tasty. Convenient location. I think that this KFC has new management and they are really trying hard to make this location top-notch.
Rudest people I have ever encountered.They alway have excuses on why they don’t want to serve you, they have NEVER got my order right, Ring you up for things you didn’t even buy. Takes 10-30 minutes to even take your order just to tell you they ran out of chicken, and won’t even give you a receipt. Do NOT! go here if you want fast service.
