Went there for the first time, today, only to find out that I had to pay with cash, because their internet was out due a previous storm. I didn't really mind that so much, but I was disappointed to find out that my Cubano was Cold (even the bacon), and that's because they don't toast any of their sandwiches. I'm also upset because I did not receive a receipt, and I cannot add my purchase to my Jimmy John's account. Sadly, this will be the last time I visit a Jimmy John's, as there are better places to get a sub sandwich!
We were looking for lunch sandwiches at 10:00am, and these guys were able to help us (unlike most of the nearby competition). Very tasty, too.
Got a tuna sandwich, this is just pure laziness. The tuna covers maybe a 1/3rd of the sandwich and the rest is dry bread with lettuce. No Mayo, and our other sandwich had no Mayo either and was full of lettuce which I requested no lettuce. If you have a job to do, please do it. They weren’t busy at all, so business isn’t an excuse.
Just picked up 8 sandwiches and they were all on point & fresh! Ordered online with ease & curbside pick up was very pleasant. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
This is my first time coming to a Jimmy John's ever I ordered a tuna sandwich the guy piled so much lettuce on the sandwich like I was a rabbit, I said I don't want that muc.I looked at the lettuce and it was brown. I said that looks old, he snatched the lettuce off, slid it to the side like he was going to not use the sandwich and then dug into the bottom of the pan to get some more out and was explaining to me why the lettuce looked Brown. I've been a chef for over 22 years. There was no refrigeration around the lettuce. That's why it was brown and his attitude was nasty I will never be coming here again
Store was clean and staff were awesome!! Friendly and funny. Good positive vibes at this store. Gave it 4 stars because it's a little pricey and I wish they made their bread a little softer! Tasted amazing though!
