Its 2022...2020 was 2 years ago!!!!You need to open up your lobby so people can dine in instead of eating in their car okay...Quit using the pandemic to lock your doors because every other restaurant has opened back up a long time ago
It was pouring rain. The inside is closed but no sign says it is closed. Sign actually says it is supposed to be open. Drive thru speaker screen is the computer blue screen of death. Long slow line in the drive thru.This place used to be top notch but not anymore.
This is one of the worst locations ever they are always randomly closed or take forever with your food and it's still cold or wrong... Just stopped at 11 on a Friday night to be told they were closed already.. Has happened several times...

Everyone who knows me knows that my "go-tos" at Jack in the Box are their Sourdough Jacks, tacos (both mini and regular), churros, Coke and their shakes. When I tell you that I'm fairly certain the meat in the tacos was rancid/sour, the shake had a powdery taste/texture (?!?) and the churros we're cold, hard and greasy. My son is a General Manager for JitB in TX so I know how these items are supposed to taste AND I've had them from there before (just a couple of days ago) so I don't know what happened. They went from YUM to YIKES in just 72 hours.
I always get good food quickly here.
Good food for the price. Love their buy one get one free Jumbo Jack coupon. Eggrolls are great too.
The last two times that I have been to this location, my sourdough Jack has been cold. Right down to true bread not being toasted but slathered in melted butter and cold. The fries have been great.
Sign says open at 0600, stopped at 0730 on a Friday. Lights are on and especially menu lights at drive-up. Nobody there. Hate when fast food leave their lights on like they are taking orders but are not. I won't bother wasting my time stopping any more.
It is impossible to eat here without a smaller vehicle, I was in a semi. I can understand that you don't want people walking up to the window. All in all It was the nicest get lost experience I've recieved.
