I never even got to my reservation just cancelled the whole thing because of the Customer Service. I was asking questions about the price matching and the lying and the run around I got was insane. No one knew what they were talking about and the manager left me on hold. If u don't want pple to inquire about things don't offer that you do. Going else where for sure??
Very nice place, poor location. Currently very hard to access and to return to the interstate.Would probably have given it 5 ?Currently renovating the indoor pool, reopening sometime in march. Moderate parking with handicap parking available. Note, lobby is located in south end, rooms run to the north. Full breakfast is available in the mornings.Westbound, exit at Hudiburg, you can stay on outer road to their entrance before barricades.
Really enjoy the place most times.. don't have a problem with the place it's very clean the staff is very polite.... The one time that I get the room I spend almost $200 in to sleep in a room where the heat is not working really upset cuz I can't be moved to another room because the building is full
The staff was very professional, polite and friendly. They worked to resolve a problem that had come up. Great outcome. They were also pleasant and welcoming every time we came in and out. The facility was very clean and newly remodeled. They excelled above what Hampton Inn is known for.

Good to go!! Pit stop, rest, shower, eat and hit the road!! Nice quiet place for the night to recharge the batteries and resting before hitting the road again with family!!! Only thing needing fixing is the ice machine on 3rd floor. Minor set back!! All other floors machines working!! Would stay At again!! Thanks for everything.
I don’t often give a budget hotel a huge review but there are exceptions.This hotel while modest in appearance packs a positive stay experience punch. The staff are what made the experience a plus. Check in was done by two desk clerks professionally, and in professional attire. Very helpful and informative. The lobby was clean and so were the lobby bathrooms. The rooms while not overly spacious were well-equipped. The bathroom had planty of room and the shower-tub had LOTS of pressure and hot water.The breakfast. Sammy and Ayla did the breakfast the weekend our organization stayed in the hotel. Not only did they open it early - they were attentive to how the area was stocked rapidly refilling everything and engaged the guests. I was very impressed at how well they maintained the dining area making their responsibility the “cherry on the top” for our stay.We’ll definitely be back again and this will be our only call, even if we have to drive out of the way to stay here.Nicely done!
