What a let down. We were excited about visiting dutch bros for the first time. We were the third car in line. Waited fifteen minutes for our order. Finally arrived at pick up window and a girl was setting spred eagle in the order window. It was rather vulgar. As we peered inside we seen four other girls standing aroud while there was a long line of cars outside. We finally got our drinks and they had omitted the topping we asked for and the taste was so nasty we had to get a refund on one of the drinks. It was not blended. The overall experience was extremely bad for something as simple as a drink. The place obviously has serious management problems.
Fast & friendly everything I come through! I highly recommend trying the bubblegum soda with a rebel shot & whip cream! This is the friendliest dutchbros I've been to so far!
First timer ??♀️ I got a blended Trifecta - it has Caramel, White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate. I was so surprised by how heavy it is. It’s SO good! It’s like the perfect sweet treat with caffeine ? I got a medium, I’ll probably just do a small next time b/c they are huge!
This is the best price, customer service, quality, and overall vibe of any coffee place I've ever been to. Hands down. It literally puts me in a better mental space everytime I come here and I'm on a mission to try everything they have. If I had to give one negative, I'd say the banana flavor is kinda whack for my tastes, but other than that, Dutchbros is flawless. Go asap.
Never had a bad experience at any Dutch…this place is amazing and fast!!!!
This place can't get a 5 star, it's not awe inspiring enough for it. It will get 4 stars because so far every drink has been delightful. It's definitely a popular choice when compared to Scooters or even Sip.
Coffee is 5 stars but no matter when I come there is a ridiculous wait time I myself work in coffee they should be embarrassed how long they make people wait in line! Should start hiring baristas who can move efficiently… I will be returning to Starbucks as will many of your customers if this Continues as is. Today I waited 45 min in line and was late for An appointment. During this time period I watched 3 baristas leave the building yet the line was not moving…hire some people was common sense. The worst part of waiting 45 min was not a single barista came out and took any orders they’re waiting until the person gets to the window to make their drinks. Who trained them? What is your company standard? I see reviews going back 3 months complaining about the wait time and yet nothing has been done about this? Do better.

Drinks were excellent but they simply MUST come up with a better system for getting out orders quicker. It does you NO good to have an employee taking orders from drive thru line if you still wait 28 minutes to receive your drink. Total drive thru wait time....48 minutes. Completely unacceptable to have drive thru drinks take longer than 90% of sit down meals!
We discovered this place when we visited Houston, TX, over the holidays .My wife and I were very happy to find a location in Midwest City. This is a first class coffee destination. They have a great variety of coffee to choose from . I went with reserve cold brew, and it was delicious . I highly recommend this place.
