I’ve started going here recently and both times I’ve been here I have had problems, the first time I went they did not put my coffee lid all the way on my coffee and I ended up spilling my coffee all over myself on the way to work. The second time I bought myself a wake up wrap and the whole thing was freezer burnt and tasted out of date. And I only had 4 hash browns in my hash brown order. I won’t be going here again.
Love their blenders. Frequent dunkin as often as I can. Very quick and friendly serice.
I couldn't put my finger on what the smell was but this location smells horrible inside. Cashier didn't know what doughnuts were what. And why do yalls doughnuts start getting hard almost immediately apon purchasing them?
I ordered a hot spiced chai latte. It was good. The wait seemed a bit long for as few people as were in the store, but maybe the drive-thru was busy. Overall it was a nice morning drink stop, not crazy expensive. Nothing amazing, but I would recommend it.
Ordered 6 donut holes.... 3 chocolate and 3 PLAIN. Got home, opened my bag to find 3 chocolate and 3 glazed donuts. A little attention to detail would save a lot of hassle. Save yourself the headache and check your food no matter how simple your order is if you decide to support this place. They're going to get it wrong. I keep trying to give this place a chance and they disappoint every time I try. Supporting local, non franchise donut shops is the way to go. These corporate coffee shops goal is to collect cash, customer satisfaction is not their concern. Employees are most likely being paid minimum wage while the owner of this storefront rakes in wads of cash.
I'll keep this short and sweet. Asked for donuts. Told most of them weren't available. Said okay well give me one you like that is available. Proceeded to give me the stalest, dryest donut in the bunch. Had no flavor or frosting. Tasted like 3 day old bread. But at least the hash brownd were fresh.
I have only been here twice but so far the customer service is great . I had a few questions concerning drinks and they had no problem explaining . They were very nice . Just left there this morning . Good price for the breakfast sandwichs as well . Way to go guys .
Went for Baskin Robin's Ice cream, no ice cream bag's so it melted bye time I got home. I drove 75 mile's but need to take a cooler next time. I fault them for not having thicker bag's ...ijs ?
So this is the same store that last time gave me bacon bits smothered in bacon grease that solidified shortly after they gave it to me. I ordered crispy bacon. They also gave me a different drink than the one ordered and it was blueberry and I’m allergic so ended up in the ER.This time, I ordered 4 turkey sausage egg cheese fold things. I forget the name. They didn’t have turkey sausage which was fine so we used regular. Two of the four are missing the sausage. They ran out of oat so I used almond. A. It’s watered down. B. Doesn’t even look like a macchiato. I wanted to give this location another chance but yeah I’m done with this place.
Love their breakfast sandwiches. Great people treated us great and treated my 21 month old grandson very well also.
