1st time at this location horrible won't be back my Mexican rice was so burnt taste like I was eating burnt cigarettes Made me want to throw up the manager only offered to bring me more rice no thanks was already sick from the Smell of the rice I'd already taken a bite of.the manager ended up giving us a 10.00 gift card umm my meal was 21 dollars but ok cool lost my business.
Love the food and drink.-1 star for prices-1 star for the dirtiness. I know the lights are high up there, but at least vacuum the dang things.
Service is great and the food was tasty and came out timely. This is our go to family restaurant. When I ask the kids where they want to eat out they always say Chili's. This location is clean and everyone is kind and caring. My kids love the virtual pay system they have at the tables because it doubles as a game console. Lol. My teens have grown out of it but now my 6 year old is obsessed. It's definitely our family go to. Our server was James. He's amazing and will spoil you! We will definitely be back soon!
Was disappointed with the food at the Midwest City location yesterday. My granddaughters grilled cheese sandwich was cold and they used the heel of the bread and it was hard. My grandsons shrimp tacos were cold and the rice was not good at all. My daughter's nachos were cold and not good. My tea glass was dirty and very noticeable and had to get another one. My plain salad was the only thing good about the visit oh and the kids molten lava cakes. Probably will not go there anytime soon.
A friend and I went for a girl's evening out and sat at the bar. We had a couple of drinks and ate some appetizers and just spent some time catching up. It was a great experience! The bartender was so nice, helpful and funny and the appetizers were really good. The drinks were amazing and the entire experience was a great one! We will definitely be back for some time to relax and enjoy.
I came here last week with a large number of people. I'm not gonna lie, the food was not as good as it normally is at any other Chilli's. I normally always get the cajun chicken pasta, but for some reason this time the pasta tasted very dry and there was hardly any chicken. I am giving this place 4 stars though just because our server was so amazing. James is a star waiter!

UPDATE: 12-30-21, Service is good, as is the food. The restaurant is out of several items from the menu and is filthy dirty, so much so, 3 stars is being nice.Not over the top fancy, good food, good prices and I really like the chips and salsa.
First things first I can't complain about the food. This is the only place close where we can get brisket on a burger.However, after driving to pick our order up then driving home we realized both of our orders were incorrect. Our sides were wrong, and the extra items we paid for were not included.They told me AFTER the fact they were out of the sides I selected but will give us the rest of the missing order if we come out.Second trip also AFTER calling and arriving I'm told they don't even have half the items on our order. I wouldn't be upset, but they had two chances to get it correct and two chances to warn us they were missing certain items. Instead, they waited for me to waste the fuel and afterwards tell me what they are out of.I will never return to this restaurant.
