I really like their lemonade, but it's become a guessing game as to how great the meal might be. They begin to overcook the chicken and fries can come out a little wilty I think they have become too much of a fast food they're preparing good food fast.. my first experience with Chick-fil-A was in Riverdale Georgia back in the 80s it was still called a dwarf house and it was amazing it is really kept a lot of its original recipes but because they're moving so fast just not what it used to be..
Went there tonight and asked that my waffle fries be cooked crispy. Was told that they're not allowed to cook them any longer than they're supposed to. What? It's my food that I am paying for. Ended up getting exactly what I did NOT want, which was some soggy fries smh. Also ordered a 12 piece nugget that was almost $6 and got tiny nuggets that would equal out to maybe 5 whole nuggets.
In case you were considering the grilled nuggets for the first time, don’t. My 2 year old daughter saw them and, in her own words “yucky BLEH” ?
I really like Chick-fil-A. I’ve eaten there for years. I finally was able to get their breakfast. My opinion…chicken is not breakfast food. The sandwiches are just like the regular sandwiches. Except it comes out on a biscuit not a bun. The biscuits were very dry and crumbly. But the chicken was, as usual, good. Hash browns were also very good. I wish they could jazz it up a bit. But you can’t exactly put an egg on a chicken sandwich!! Maybe offer salsa or gravy or some special sauce.
Chic fil A used to set the bar. Not so much anymore. In the last few months the have messed up my order. Shorting me food or drinks. My last visit was missing a sandwich and my grilled chicken club hardly had any bacon and the bottom bun was rock hard. One of the regular sandwiches was nearly burnt. The kicker is they weren’t even busy. Maybe 3 cars in line. Your are losing life long customers.
Four weeks ago I went through the drive through. Once I got home I realized they had messed up my order. I called immediately and left a message. A week went by and I called again. This time I spoke with a manager and she said that we would mail me a voucher. Two weeks later no voucher so I called and left a message. I called a few days later and spoke with a manager. She said that she would take care of it. Another week went by and nothing was done. This time called the corporate office and spoke with someone who passed along along my issue to the leadership of this store. The next day I received a generic email from Bill saying that they were giving be a free waffle fry “on them” through the app. On them- I already paid for the food. It came across as though they were doing me a favor. How is it “on them” when they messed up the order in the first place and then don’t have the decency to return a phone call after four attempts only to send me a stock email that didn’t address my issues. Someone from the Chick-fil-a servant leadership course that they teach needs to come and work with this store. It appears that they’re afraid to speak to their customers. This store appears to lack high character leadership from the top down.
As always, the food was great! Absolutely the best flavor chicken sandwiches in my opinion. The only drawback is the line to get your food. Are they ever going to reopen their dining room? Employees are always friendly & I love how they say "my pleasure" when you thank them. Why can't other fast food employees have this same great attitude? Thank you Chick-fil-A ☺️
Worst chick fil a management ever. I went through drive through and ordered. Once I drove away I noticed they gave me the wrong drink, and there was a piece of hair in my fries. The food was cold. I called the store nobody answered. So I called again left a message with the manager. Manager never called me back. And he still hasn’t and it’s been 4 days. Will never go back there again.
Love this particular Chick-fil-AStaff goes above and beyond and they always have a smile their face. My mom was so tired from work yesterday , I don't know if they knew but she forgot her wallet and she was looking for it and gathering change. She was taking a lunch break after working well over 8 hours and she had not eaten anything yet. When she went to pay they told her she owed nothing and told her Merry Christmas. They really made her day, I was on the phone with her when this happened. That was such a blessing and unexpected. I don't know if they realized how much they blessed her and what a difference that act of kindness that made. She had a very long day at work and she was still headed back to work and had not eaten anything. She had been up since 4 am and was barely getting something to eat at about 8 pm. Thank you for your kindness. I don't know if they knew how helpful it was, God is good and it's nice to see how he works through all uf us when we need a helping hand.
This place is in quick decline. 2 times now I've gotten a chicken biscuit with the skinnier piece of chicken you ever saw. I think I'm gonna start goin someplace else. Good while it lasted though.
