Our server was great, very attentive, and in good spirits. The food was decent and well priced for the quantity.Our only problem was the ant population. While they weren't present in droves, there shouldn't have been any ants on the table. We didn't bring it to the attention of our server, because she'd have just moved us to a new table and apologized for something that wasn't her fault, and ultimately, our faith in the ant population elsewhere in the restaurant wasn't exactly pristine.Otherwise, everything was fantastic.
My husband and I try hard not to complain, but the service we received last night was poor. It took our server (she had blue hair and her teeth weren't in the best condition) 20 minutes to bring out croissants, almost half an hour to bring out our drinks which were incorrect and watered down (my husband asked for a double shot and received a single). A manager came to the table to check on us, but we were pretty much over our experience by this point. I think this server just can't handle more than a couple tables. The service industry isn't for everyone.
Horrible experience. Service sucked. Took us 10 minutes to be greeted and 30 min to get water. I would understand if it was busy but it was not. Lots of ppl standing at the bar talking and at the hostess stand talking. Cheddar used to be great but totally sucks now. Needs new management.
Very consistent every time I love the bourbon glazed salmon. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I like to check the floor to see if it's swept it let's me know the staff is cleanliness conscious and the floor was clean. It's a spot.
So we decided we wanted to go to Cheddar's for dinner, got there and though it would be quick because there were few to almost no cars in the parking lot. Got in and told the hostess that we wanted to sit in the bar area because we wanted drinks and she said that was fine and to go ahead. Got to a booth and another waitress came over and rudely told us that there was no self seating and that we needed to go back to the hostess. After speaking to the hostess she then informed us that there would be a 20 minuet wait because there were only 3 servers. Well after the aggressive atmosphere we were experiencing and all of the staff , at least 4 or 5 people stareing at us from the seating area we decided to go to the Garage instead. Only been here 10 minuets and already have our food and drinks. Never going back Cheddars, obviously gone way down hill.
We came in this evening and Kalob was absolutely amazing. There were only three servers in the whole place so I know he was probably stressed, but he stayed perfectly professional and had an amazing conversation with us. He deserves a raise for sure. Super pleasant and we can't wait to come back!
The food was delicious, service was a little slow and they were not very busy. Clean bathrooms!
We were out Christmas shopping and decided to go here for dinner. We were seated promptly.I had the Monte Cristo sandwich and my wife had the chicken finger fried shrimp combo. I asked for honey with my sandwich. The sandwiches l have had other places were a triple decker sandwich deep fried. This was more of a rolled filled pastry. It was delicious, I just added the comment so you wouldn’t be surprised. My wife’s plate was overflowing with chicken and shrimp. I was very pleased that my sandwich had the honey on the side that I asked for and the standard raspberry jelly. Uploading photos reminded me we had the cheddar bites. They were good a touch salty. Our waitress checked on us the just right amount of time. It was a very good dining experience.
Came here for dinner bc it’s been a while and I was not impressed. This place has def went downhill as far as their quality of food and the things they have to offer. The menu shows they also have frozen alcoholic drinks only to find out they do not because the machine has been broken for over a year but they never bothered to fix their menu and not advertise frozen drinks. The spinach dip was the worst I’ve ever had here.
It's been awhile. Everything was yummy, but no extra covid precautions were taken, but social distancing was decent. Food was excellent.
