My husband & I just got back from Carl's Jr on Midwest Blvd & Reno with yet another wrong order. We MADE sure that our order was understood even checked the receipt, which was right and STILL by the time we got home & sat down to eat, unwrapped the WRONG order, not only was it not what we had ordered but the burgers must have been sitting under a warming oven for quite awhile & the fries tasted like yesterdays ,I'm so hangry that instead of having to drive back there to complain I've decided to post this review, understand that this not the first time nor the second nor the third this has happened. We are 'regulars' at least we USED to be, they must have changed managers because they USED to be really good, don't know what happened but we're done hoping that it'll get better.
In my opinion, all fast food is pretty awful. Let's face it: the fast food industry is almost single handedly responsible for the widespread decline of our populations overall health.That being said, some of it tastes REALLY good. Carl's JR is definitely part of that "some". Fortunately I only give into the temptation about once or twice a year.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered from here and nothing came right nothing at all (I ordered a beyond burger and was given a regular Angus beef patty) and was missing items for my kid. Then because I'm still hungry (because I didn't get my food) I google to see when this place closes and Google says 11p cool!! I get there at 9:30p and all the lights get turned off after I pull up, nobody comes to the speaker to even tell me they are closed, nothing. The sign on the drive thru window said they didn't close until 10p and there was people inside moving around but nobody could let me know they were closing early or anything just ignored. I will be contacting corporate over this store..
MANAGEMENT ISSUES. I have always loved and supported Carl's Jr but this store has gone down hill. No quality control and absolute minimum possible in the burgers. Example - tomato slice was so green it was mostly white...and next time take the effort to remove the stem, seriously! Nobody is watching the store or they just don't care. The fries were cold, soggy and wilted !Every place has a bad day so I return but this happens most times I stop. I'm done! You will never see my smiling face again!I'm sorry I could not leave less than 1 star. If they don't get it together soon they will be closing for good too, the writing is on the wall
Worst chicken club sandwich I have ever had. It was tough, slimy, and probably undercooked. I didn't finish it to find out more, but I need to stop coming to this place. The food is less than mediocre. It's probably not really edible.
Carl's Jr. Is my go to fast food burger. The crew here is working hard while light handed but remain friendly. Ish.
I rarely eat fast food, so I thought yummy breakfast at CJ. Well, the biscuit was dry and not as good as I remember. I got the hot honey chicken biscuit, and it was neither hot, nor honey. On a positive note, the hash rounds were good. Salty. Oily. Crunchy. Yum.
I will always Love the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Even if this place is sometimmy. I'm picky about my burgers. People.....They sometimes have great burgers. They're french fries are sometimes soggy. But lately, the burgers have been made pretty darn delicious. Keep up the good work.
After waiting 20 minutes for our food in the drive thru. my friend and I were served the nastiest food I’ve ever had. We both got a #16. It’s a chicken sandwich, a double burger, and fries. The chicken sandwich had to have been made over an hour or two. They were rubber AND SOUR. our burgers HAD SPORES like they were ROTTEN or not cooked!!! UNFORTUNATELY only got a picture of the burger. We did return these after eating some of it! Until realizing it was all bad. The cashier was super nice. But she was even horrified looking at just the burger. She didn’t even want to attempt to look at the rest.!!! DISGUSTED. AND WILL NEVER BE BACK.
Meals were made as ordered except my wife's chicken sandwich had cheese, and she wasn't joyful about it. Their fries were fresh, hot, and fantastic! My burger was on the money to my order!!! They're still a great place to get a burger/sandwich!!! A little pricey, but what isn't these days ??
