Bathrooms are horrendous! Food was decent, but took a really long time. Time is not the problem, but the nasty bathrooms were ?
Every time I go into this location it’s dirty & there's a long wait. I do deliveries with Uber & it always takes forever to get the order & the ppl working barely speak to u. This day I took these photos it was actually clean compared to what it normally looks like on the inside. I don’t think I’d personally order anything from here myself. A manager rly needs to step up & take control of this location!!
This burger King is by far THE WORST one I have EVER been to the messed up our order so bad we ordered 4 bacon crosnwitches and we got 2 and the 2 sausage one completely with out egg when we called and told them they seemed less then interested they didn't even take our names down or anything! Ridiculous get your act together!
I went to the location at 1130AM,l on a Sunday. The doors were locked, no sign on door/window explaining why. Open your damn dining room! Covid has been going on for two years now. If you haven’t learned how to work with it, LIKE ALL THE OTHER RESTAURANTS close down!
We're back! Awesome service & the manager was very welcoming. We all must remember that we are in this together, so expect a wait, be kind and be thankful for the employees that show up and make the best charbroiled burgers! Thank you to the entire team in Midwest City!
Bad experience. We went through the drive-thru and were asked to wait for a moment 4 minutes later; we are still waiting, and another car pulls up to the other lane, and their order was taken immediately. We drove around the parking lot so we could go in and talk to someone, and we found three employees standing around on a cigarette break. My wife went in but came right back out as it was not a very clean store. We will not be going back.
Every time I have gone here they mess up the order. I end up waiting forever for cold food. Today I ordered and paid for a chicken sandwich and 6 old chicken nuggets. You know those nuggets that look like the were left over from last night's closing shift. Also my fries had no salt and half were burnt.
I hope they enjoyed that $10 tip today when, after 25 minutes of waiting INSIDE, we had to leave WITHOUT GETTING FOOD. Couldn't even get someone to the counter to REFUND.
Good flame broiled burgers! But lately they've been having multiple issues with getting our orders correct.
Very slow service nobody but one car is in the Drive-Thru at the front windows sit for fifteen minutes and drive through just to get somebody to answer the speaker. Just to be asked to hold they'll be with me in a minute seems like an everyday occurrence not quite sure if they're very understaffed or just very lazy people.. Found out after getting food that they have workers that would rather congregate and joke around than to get work done. Employee said Whether they help me with service or not they don't care because they still get to collect a paycheck no matter what.. is what was said at the drive-thru when they thought the window was closed. I asked for ketchup they said it was already in the bag. So I drive off and look in my bag and realize there's no napkins there's no ketchup and the fries were put in upside down
