Buyer Beware, I have an issues with cashiers who cannot or will not count. The cashier did not give correct chang back when questioned she became hostile and refuse to give me my money. I had to talk her manager who while returning my money made no apologee for petty theft of her employee. Ive never had to ask for a manager of fast food establishment before. I will not be returning to this store and have advised other to do the same or watch their money.
Great ice cream but the workers are rude and do not listen. I asked to list the ice cream flavors twice and the person who was taking my order still just lists the specials. Then I asked again and she only lists 3 flavors that everyone knows. I asked for a sundae with extra nuts and she removed all the nuts. I grab my order and of course no nuts so I ask. She says with the most attitude. " I took your order you said no nuts!" I ask for a tray she just stares at me, I ask again she just gets it. Saw some reviews before I went, didn't think that would be my experience but it was. Good ice cream though.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered food to go and was asked 5x then my food was severed on a tray for in house!! Then once I got home they gave me a burger instead of an aloha chicken sandwich with bacon. When I called Shae ( assistant manager) told me I should have checked my order before leaving!!! REALLY I need to unwrap each item and check. Isn’t that your job??? Then I was told I couldn’t get a refund?? I must spend MY GAS $ to return THEIR mistake and get a replacement!!! REALLY!!! ZERO HELP and when I asked Shae said that wasn’t Braums policy. She was Maybe 16 years old I’ll give her that BUT Braums is a LARGE company.
I'm 5 mins away from this braums so I really don't like driving out of the way to another. When I go there's always a bunch of people standing around. They don't say hi, thank you, have a nice day, smile or anything. Most of the time they just hand me my stuff and don't say a single word. I live braums but I may just start going to another location. The counters there are always dirty as well.
So there’s a few problems I have with this place. Number 1 being the staff. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place. Mostly with getting my orders wrong and also with disrespect. I’ve even returned for them to fix my order after already being home and then having to drive all the way back for them to tell me I have to have what they made wrong with me even though they did not tell me this on the phone just to have me purchase it all over again because they wouldn’t fix it.. so I just bought it again not to deal with it as I’m easy going. Then again with them telling me they have pink lemonade in stock and getting upset having to get me another drink which I wasn’t even upset about. No biggie. I also asked for Braums sauce while I was politely waiting for them to fix the drink situation I didn’t even care about. To have one of your employees ask me rudely “can you do me a favor”? So I said yeah. Just for her to say again rudely “Can you ask for Braums sauce in the line next time so it will already be in the bag”?! So I again just said Yup and drove off… there’s absolutely no reason for this kind of behavior at all. I could’ve been rude back and said can you do me a favor? And not tell me you have something in stock when you don’t.. I’m the one who’s time is being wasted. I should be upset. And now I’m just fed up with it. People have no manners at this place. Please address it.
I have to change my review they really went downhill. I just went there for a frozen yogurt and french fries and no salt and got really limp yucky fries and there were chunks of something in my soft serve ice cream I could not eat it I threw it out I'll never go back to braum's.
Friendly. Child oriented service. Smiley young African American girl made my 4 year old's Ice cream in Accordance with my little one's extremely specific instructions, and then gladly refilled the whipped cream when it slipped on the floor
The vegetables are not very fresh in there grocery store area. Make sure to look over good. Not even there bag salad the expire dates are not correct.
This location could use some help, or better management, most definitely better training of employees. I understand some have disabilities but never have I ever dealt with a competent employee at this location. Food service, and quality are not to standard, or wrong in most cases. I've had several employees ignore me, or be Soo downright rude that I just left. Won't be coming back anytime soon to this location.
One of the best Braum's stores around town! It's clean with great food and good service. As with any Braum's ask for and try the Braum's sauce! It's as good or better than Chick-fil-A or Cane's sauce. My only complaint is this store will run out of milk for sale on busy weekends.
