My husband and I went to Braum’s Drive Thur this morning for breakfast. The order wasn’t complete, the sausage that we received looked like it had been cooked the day before the biscuits were tough, totally a waste of money . The girls in the drive thur didn’t say anything to us. Not even a thank you. What is going on at Braums .We will not be back
We had breakfast here this morning. The place wasn't busy, and had maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Almost every table was either dirty or looked like they used a dirty rag to bus the tables with. You could tell that the only cleaning had been done by the customers. The area where you fill your drinks was dirty and had the ketchup dispenser laying out in pieces. I thought that maybe we had caught them in the middle of refilling the ketchup pump, but after eating our meal and talking, around 20 - 25 minutes, no one had bothered to return to refill the ketchup and clean up the mess. They even had employees taking breaks, but didn't bother to buss the tables or clean up any of the mess. I took photos and I'll try to upload. But the food was good at least!
Don't usually complain. Didnt care that i waited in line half an hour and had rude service. However after getting home just to see that I can't even eat the food I ordered due to that 1 request of NO TOMATOES. Why because of ALLERGIC! Wish people could learn to do their job correctly!
This store needs some work. The turn over of employees seems high. Nobody seems to care whether the order is right or not. And this is probably the slowest drive thru ever. My order is wrong about 50% of the time. My fries get put in to the system as large and I pay for them, but more times than not I have received medium fries. I've had multiple items missing from my order before, including the burger. It's a mess. (And it has been for a long time. Before covid and staffing issues.) I try to let the store know when it's not right as much as possible and I'm nice about it, but honestly it doesn't seem like much is being done.Some positives: Most of the employees are friendly. And I enjoy the Fresh Market. Hopefully the rest will improve.
Drive thru line is always backed up, never gets our order right, never gives us basic things like utensils or straws. Guess we'll drive out of the way to go to a different braums from now on.
Braum's food is excellent, however, the service today was less than exceptional. To have as many employees behind the counter as there were tonight, there's no excuse for a 10 to 15 minute wait for a bag of burgers. Especially when I'm one of only four or five customers in the building. Their attitudes should have been a little less hostile, and a little more appreciative for my business, seeing as there would have been almost nothing to do for the 10+ employees on the clock without me being there.
I love their banana splits because you can customize your ice creams of your choice of flavor and so it's like an ultimate banana split
The burgers are not too good anymore like used to be in the past. They're too dry and small and overall priced for a small burger that doesn't taste good but their ice cream still good.
Be careful! i came through the drive thru yesterday and the woman taking my money tried to say I gave her a dollar and a five when I actually gave her 2 twenties, be aware of what you hand them cuz they may pull the same stunt.
All around great place! Ice cream couldn't be better. Customer service also amazing.
