We ordered a French Dip and we didn't receive the au jus for it, a half pound beef and cheddar which my son-in-law enjoyed, a turkey club that was so spicy my daughter couldn't eat it, mac and cheese which my daughter didn't really care for, mozzarella sticks which were good, 3 large drinks and 2 large curly fries that were good and 2 cups of cheddar and had to wait 20 minutes in a parking spot for our food. The worker had to go back and get the second cup of cheddar and the Mac and cheese before we could leave. We would have went back for the au jus but I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to get it and 20 minutes back. I don't know if we will go back there.
I love the food from this restaurant but the fish sandwich is no flavor at all supper simple and employer's don't do any effort to a least give you a ketchup to put it on or dip the dryers on it definitely no a friendly staff
SLOW AS HELL!!!! I was the second car in line. They made me pull into the handicap parking space and wait. They told me it would take 7 MIN for a fish sandwich!! 5 mins later, multiple cars started coming in and they were ALL pulling up or into a parking space to WAIT! 4 cars AFTER ME got their food before I did. I waited 20 MINS for a fish sandwich, Turkey sandwich & curly fries!! The food is good but not worth me waiting 20 GD MINS!! Never giving them anymore of my money!AND I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE APOLOGY Y'ALL ARE GOING TO PUT UNDER HERE B/C YOU GUYS ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT b/c from the looks of these reviews, this happens all the time
So good.. But who wamts to spend a 4th of their paycheck on one meal? Id rather get the drugs
After being told to wait in the handicap parking spot for my order , I pulled into the spot , right next to an Arby's employee who was finishing off her marijuana with her friends in the parking lot before she could go inside and get the Uber order I was picking up . Pretty sure it's the same rude girl from the other Arby's right up the street . Not only will I never eat at Arby's again , I refuse to pick up Uber eats orders there too , at least the 2 in MWC. Get it together Arby's , clean house and find some better help !!
The soda has no flavor in it, completely bitter brown colored soda water instead of Dr Pepper. Kids didn't get their kids toys. One kids didn't even get their side. Wasn't given any sauce.
The store is still good on the food but their buns are smaller plus u have to pay more for less food.
This Arby's hook me up made the beef and cheddar with the onion bun as it's suppose to be made with ,just because it's two for six don't cheat .
The staff were extremely rude. The sandwich was lukewarm. The sides were hot and fresh. I wish the staff hadn't been so rude because the food was decent. Won't be back due to the attitude of the staff.
Undercooked fries and the man in the drive through was inappropriate. Manager didn't care. Said she already had multiple complaints about drive through attendant, yet he's still there. Replaced fries and only one or two were cooked in it, the rest still raw. I don't believe she replaced the batch because she immediately handed the "new" fries to me.
