I was excited about the new hamburger. Ordered from inside. Right next to the hamburger on the menu it said, " hamburger cooked medium well". Ordered 4 hamburgers. When I got home they were rare inside, all of them! Totally gross. I called the manager who was totally clueless about what her menu said or what medium well meant. She told me, " the hamburgers were deep fried on a timer, gross! , and she had no control over Arby's product. I can't emphasize enough how pink and undercooked these burgers are. Two thumbs down Arby's!
I think I just received the most messed up order any one has ever had. Not to mention that I had ordered 10 minutes before anyone else came into the drive through and those people got their food before me. So I had to wait like 20 minutes. BUT, I get home and both of my fresh market sandwiches are missing the main ingredient. Neither of them had TURKEY on them!!! One was also suppose to be a different sandwich and I recieved two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches WITH OUT TURKEY. Then the buffalo sliders had just fried bread on them, there was no chicken at all on the inside. I am so disappointed. All of my food was inedible besides the curly fries and I had to wait FOREVER. $40 down the drain and we are hungry. Also, when calling no one answers the phone so this could not even be corrected unless I drive another 15 minutes back to the location.
Gave them my order but two people were taking it, I made a joke that I wasn't gonna get the portion of the order that the other person took and it actually happened.I heard the person at the window getting yelled at by, one could assume, their manager saying that "they didn't order that" Just because it's not on the ticket doesn't mean I didn't say it. I felt bad for the person at the window, seems like their manager likes to make their life worse on top of having to deal with the general public.Outside of that, the food was meh, it's fast food ya get what ya get. Lol.
Worse service than you even expect at McDonald’s. Flat out rude when ordering, at the window, and when getting our food after pulling forward (with no one behind me in line) because they HAD to make me fresh fries.
Our food was fresh and was made less than 5 minutes we was at Little Caesars next door on air depot in Midwest City but they took forever while we were waiting to be next in line in the drive-through so we went to arby's it was out Less than 5 minutes
One of the best Arby's around may not be the fastest service but the food is hot an Fresh which I'd rather have over fast service
I ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. They messed up and gave me curly fries, but only 1 sandwich. Usually the best Arby's, but totally dropped the ball this time!
Food always fresh. Service always quick. Chicken bacon Swiss is the way to go
I don't know who this black lady with the locks is as manager but she sucks. I came in as a delivery driver to pick up food for a client who is just as important as the clients who are there in the store or the drive-thru. The order was not ready when it was supposed to be I left the premises and came back telling them I would be back for the order and when I came back they still didn't have the order ready. When I asked for the managers told another girl I'm not worried about that doordash they just going to have to wait that was very rude and unprofessional of her
If you want quiet it is good. The employees do get loud when they dont agree. I think Co vid has caused this. The inside is clean.
