Horrible bar tender and general manager. Bartender had a terrible attitude. They complained and mouthed out loud about anyone who complains about drink. Yelled across bar saying they would have to pay too shelf if they wanted something different. (Top shelf I ordered had no alcohol either) Chips were soggy. Bartender was making something with Oreos and was using his bare hands while handling them. The waitress Erica T was really good! You could tell everyone else that works their treats her different. Worst experience I have ever had in this Applebees and I have went there regularly.

The staff was very friendly. I am just in town for the night and they were very welcoming! Service was fast and efficient. It was great after a long, tough day of traveling this was just what I needed.
We came at 930pm on Valentines night because we had a change of plans and just needed to grab quick dinner. I didn't like that the waitress sat us literally in the back booth right by the exit door where people were coming in and out of constantly. It was an empty restaurant and we could have been sat literally anywhere. I was cold all night because the door kept opening. But the food was fine and service was fine so I gave them 3 stars.
We've ordered from this restaurant a few times now and they always create delicious and savory meals!When we get to splurge and order out, my husband loves ordering from here because the steak is always cooked to perfection. *Chef's kiss*I'm not sure who's cooking, but keep up the amazing work!
Our waiter was amazing! And the food was awesome!! I totally feel like this is one of the best Applebee's I have been to in a long time. Also the brisket ajus dip sandwich is off the charts. And Definitely the spinach and artichoke dip must have! Enjoy ?
Ordering from this location on Postmates is a nightmare. They don’t send any condiments for burgers so they’re dry and not that good. They left out my loaded mashed potatoes even though I paid extra for them. Couldn’t even offer a discount next time I order, manager just wanted to argue. Madelyn was not helpful at all.
Staff was friendly, food quality was not. Steaks were overcooked, sides were incorrect. Staff did fix the error. Broccoli had a strange taste and was mushy. The steak in addition to being overdone did not taste right, it tasted old, and very bland. This is not what I am accustomed to when dining at Applebee's. Sorry to leave a negative review.
My husband's steak was cooked perfectly as was my salmon. Excellent waitstaff!
Fantastic. Me and my fiance come here once a month at least. The whole staff are friendly, and hard working, seriously.. always moving so fast from kitchen to table, and back again. Especially Kevin, out waiter. He did a great job of checking in on us without being a bother, he took our order, got our drinks and food to us super fast. You don't get customer service like that anymore. We got the honey pepper tenders and 4 cheese Mac, but I would definitely suggest getting the bourbon shrimp n chicken.. it's my favorite :) Compliments to the cook, I've never had better fried chicken. Thanks for a fantastic time, everytime you guys!
