The service at this location was terrible. I had placed a pick up order. I arrived a couple minutes past the 'pick up' time to ensure it was ready by the time I got there because I had a car full of kids. They said it wasn't ready & it would be ready soon. After 45 minutes of waiting PAST the 'ready' time, my food finally came out. Within that 45 minutes, I asked several times how much longer. There was no apology for the long wait time. The cashier was on her phone every time I walked up. The customer service was just non existent. It was frustrating.
I ordered all three of the new advertised flavors(lemon hot, lemon garlic, bayou BBQ) and got NONE of them. Instead I got garlic parm, classic hot, and regular BBQ. I stopped eating at BWW in lawton due to the quality of the food and wingstop was an easy replacement however with the quality of food and attention to detail that I received from the lawton wingstop today I will more than likely not return. Anyone know of a good wing place in lawton other than WS and BWW?
OMFG !!! the food was terrible. the employees was very rude. i came in and greeted every one no one responded. once i got my food it was very cold, fries were burnt. NEVER COMING AGAIN!!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!! VERY POOR SERVICE

terrible service! we ordered food at 07:10 pm. It said it will be ready on 18-23 minutes! Food wasn't ready until 08:15!! When asked for a refund they kept on saying it will be out soon! not gonna take our money there again!
We ordered our food on 20-02-22. Wings were good but everything else was botched. Called multiple times and was told we'd be getting a refund. Numerous calls dropped, hung up on and/or rude. Finally was able to get the refund today, 02-03-22. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. Not a good first impression at all.
Wingettes. Have to try it again to taste different sauces. Nice little building.
This place was terrible omg first off, $14.05 of 8 very small ,cold, dried out humming bird wings. I had to wait 40 min and service was poor. I would not suggest this establishment for dinner. It just was not good food or experience.
First time in there. Never had this before. Trying new things but we love wings. Sure they are going to be wonderful.
Customer service is very poor. I made an order by phone got home and had a completely different order. When I called back I got hung up on 2x. When I finally got to talk to someone she had an ugly attitude and I explained to her what I wanted and what I received was different she said “well I didn’t hear you say that”even though she repeated my order at the time I ordered. She offered for me to bring it back and she would remake it and charge me correctly because she didn’t charge for what I wanted. I explained to her I lived 15 -20 minutes away. She proceeded to tell me that’s all they could offer. Never again!
