Good food and good service consistently. Good coffee as well. Sometimes the 5 am product isn't the best but I never have issues with lunch or dinner orders being what I asked for and being well put together.
I ordered my food in drive thru. 3 burgers, 1 fries, 2 onion rings. We waited 30 mins in order to have my food. We only had 3 cars in front of us. I waited 20 mins and stepped into the store saying that I was asking about my order. The response was the sandwiches are now being packaged. And onion ring is just placed into the fryer. I saw at least 10 ppl inside of the store supposed to be working. Not so sure what is the issue. Maybe new manager? They need someone to help managing the store better.
The staff was super friendly and professional. The menu board wasn't lit up so it was hard to read in the drive thru at night. Biggest complaint is the price is so high for the quality and we didn't get napkins or ketchup. I guess you have to ask for everything ??♀️
We had an awesome experience tonight at the whataburger on 67th street, thanks to Tony, the young man who took our order. My brother and i just got off of a late flight and we stopped here to grab some food. Tony was absolutely amazing!. He was so helpful, and patient, his customer service skills were wonderful, and he was very genuine. We will definitely be coming back!
I'm disappointed, meat on Cheeseburger was still frozen, bun soggy, fries cold but very good after warmed up. we will try there again and see if it was just a flukes.
The food is always good 7 times out of 10. That’s why I’m putting 2 stars instead of one. My complaint along with most of Lawton, is the ridiculous wait time. Went through the drive through with no more than 7-8 cars ahead of me and it took an hour! Absolutely ridiculous. The lobby had 5 people in it aside from the workers. The workers are always polite but someone please explain why it takes so freaking long!?
Food was very, very good! Everything was fresh and hot and service was friendly, plus the store was very clean! We were more than happy with our late night meal.
Always love visiting when in town (from Maryland where we don't have any). Tried the Hatch green Chile burger and it didn't disappoint! Great fries, too.
I usually have problems getting in to the Christmas spirit but the staff at this restaurant really lifted me up. They always got good food, good service, and the best staff i have ever met at any restaurant. I love these people and glad they’re in my neighborhood (: (pay them $15+ an hour they definitely deserve it)
