Went inside. First time at this Bueno. The staff were friendly and greeted me. They were fun and helpful. The food was Super good, hot and fresh! Plus the Restroom was clean and nice. Top rated Bueno in my book!!
Went by taco bueno because it’s a baseball night. Got the 5 tacos and 5 burritos and every single one of our tacos looked like this. The burritos barely had beans in them and I ordered three regular queso and chips and the cup of cheese was barely half full and there was maybe 7 chips in each bag. I tried calling but the phone has been busy for the past 20 minutes. Very disappointed especially when I have hungry boys!
Trying to find good Mexican food in Lawton.This place is ok, didn't expect it to be top shelf. The crew was very good. Even though it was late they didn't pressure or skimp.
It was super good as usual. If you order an modifications then I would check your food though. The past 3 trips they didnt make the stuff how I ordered it (meat and cheese only items). Not upset about it though because they let me keep the extra food.
No customers should have been first clue. Wait at menu board, finally. Take my order, first item they no longer have, but it's on menu.pull up to the window the girl working the window playing on her phone, obviously I have disturbed her. Fixes my drink, still on phone. Lid half on sofa running down the cup. Order comes out and it's completely wrong. Closes window and back too her phone. So I sat several minutes waiting, even knocking on window. She finally comes back to the window obviously I have put her out again and asked me what the deal is. I explained that that wasn't what I ordered and she said I repeated the order to you except for she didn't I asked to speak to a management and she said she was. So it's quite obvious why they have no customers.
I realize it’s taco bueno, but Lawton’s location is pretty sad. Large chips and queso ended up being two handfuls of stale chips and a half filled container of watery yellow junk.
Ordered a Big Freak'n quesidillia & it was soggy. It was wet from the moisture of the heat so when it was packaged, the paper packaging was all wet & stuck to the quesidllia. It was a whole mess & i couldn't eat it. Customer service needs improvement especially taking orders in the drive thru. I always had a pleasant experience when i go here but today? Today was not the day.
No problem with food, very good. But going thru the drive thru? They always keep your debit card entirely too long. Having been burnt before, this makes me very uncomfortable. Once they run your card, they should hand it back immediately.
By far the worse street tacos I've ever gotten! First, they literally serve me cold tacos... They apologized and replaced my order. Still, they gave me semi warm and barely had any meat ?
7pm and salsa bar was shut down. Dining room doesn't close until 10pm.Was given old, wilted condiments from the drive thru. No thank you.
